We had an old boiler replaced with a new one - they had to come out a couple times before we performed the job, because we kept changing our minds. When we finally decided what to do, they came out and performed the job - really took a piece of junk out, and put a new beautiful system in. Very professional from start to finish, and excellent craftsmanship. We are going to put mini-splits into the house at some point for AC, and we need to look no further. Thank you all for giving us a great new system :-)

Edgar & Ian showed up on a cold snowy day to install a new furnace in our crawl space. Both guys were personable, professional and very knowledgeable. They had to do quite a bit of metal work in our case and they brought everything up to code. An excellent job all around. The price was just a tiny bit higher than others but their guarantee and their experience were the reason we went with Apple Aire. We believe we made the right choice and highly recommend you include them if you are in the market for a new furnace.

I can't say enough great things about Apple Aire. They replaced my 20-year-old furnace and A/C with a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump system, and in addition replaced my old water heater with a new tankless model. They did everything perfectly, custom to my (90-year-old) home, ahead of schedule and for a more affordable price than all five other bids I received. It is clear to me that I got a higher quality outcome and more one-on-one attention than I ever could have dreamed of with one of the bigger companies. Apple Aire has earned a new lifelong customer. We are happy with our experience with the representative, he was on time, and patient with us being handicapped. They have provided us with three(3) quotes for different brands and models of furnaces, and they are patient with us taking our time to compare quotes from other businesses. We are working on getting an equity loan against the house, but will probably choose this company for our new furnace.

We got quotes from multiple companies, and decided their offer was the best.

They made sure to get all of the needed permits (my county is really picky about that). They showed up on time as scheduled to replace our faulty furnace, and made sure to test that it worked fine after the installation.
They did make sure to tell us of the follow up inspection by the county to check everything was done correctly.

Shane was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He really knows what he’s doing! He spent the extra time answering all my questions, explaining everything perfectly! He fixed the problem and I now have heat tonight! I’m grateful!

Our Nest thermostat recently began showing the "E73" error message and our AC and thermostat stopped working so we contacted Apple Aire. We scheduled a tech to visit our home for $69. Upon arrival within 15 minutes the tech told us our control panel was broken, but that our Bryant until was still under warranty so all we would need to do was pay for labor to install the replacement. An hour later we received an invoice for $599.00 from Apple Aire for labor to replace the board. Within 10 minutes I was able to buy the replacement board for $75 and a few days later we received the board and I spent 20 minutes replacing the board. Hard to believe Apple Aire was going to charge nearly $600 to install an item that took me 20 minutes to install without any experience whatsoever...

Extremely knowledgeable about our old radiator/boiler heating system - Dylan and Todd provided excellent service and we look forward to using Apple Aire as our HVAC company moving forward.
