My furnace went out on a zero degree day. Apple Aire dispatched a technician within an hour or two of my call. Diagnostics were done quicklyl Pictures of the furnace failure area were provided and a replacement estimate was provided, along with zero interest financing. Apple Aire is terrific. Look, it is 2020, so it was a gamble to think installing a new furnace and AC to replace our very old units this year would go smoothly. We gathered several estimates and did a lot of research because we were concerned about picking the right company. From beginning to end, Apple Aire provided great service and I am so glad we chose them. Dylan was responsive throughout (which is a big deal in this industry) and answered every question we had, did not try to oversell us, provided a competitive price quote, quality work, cleaned up, was polite and kind in all interactions, addressed issues we brought to his attention, and made the experience better than expected. There were no complaints, no excuses, and they instilled confidence. Shane, Derrick, Dennis, (apologies for forgetting the woman who scheduled) were all great. When the work was done, the office promptly arranged for inspection with the city (when some companies bid doing the work without guarantee it would pass inspection) and offered a solid warranty on product/services and provided financing options. I am confident we made the right choice and would recommend Apple Aire without hesitation. Thanks for the great experience!

We have employed AppleAire for several years now because they don't seem to be focused on selling us what we don't need. Recently we opted to replace our 18 year old HVAC system for a new more efficient system. Edgar, Normando, and Phaylan performed our entire replacement in less than 7 hours (one day). They needed me only for minimal decisions. They were efficient, clean, courteous, professional, patient, and instructional. Phaylan lined the entire work path over our carpet with plastic sheeting. All removal and replacement followed that path. Normando installed our new heat pump outside per my wishes even though it was not their normal installation. Edgar and Phaylan installed all the interior plumbing and electrical professionally. Edgar and Normando both instructed me on the intricacies of our new thermostat. The entire system is brand new as of today, but we feel we got all that we had hoped for with our new system, and we feel confident that AppleAire will stand behind their product and installation. We are very pleased with our new HVAC system. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Dylan at Apple Aire is great! He quoted us for our AC install this spring, came in under quote with higher quality system. Install was fast, done in a day and has worked great all summer...and it was a hot one! Today he came by for a heating system tune up. Cleaned the whole system, its older, ~15yrs and got it looking new and running great again. Highly recommend. Always on time, responsive and professional.
