Apple Aire Heating & Cooling

Decent pricing, good recommendations for unit, but the install was not done as good as it could have been. We called them but they haven’t come out to address and of course we already paid so they have no incentive to fix it. Everything works fine. It is where they installed the PVC pipes that needs to be shifted over because it is too low and interferes with the walkway (see pics)

Unfortunately our old furnace could not be repaired, a new one was installed within a couple days of ordering. Shane, and all the techs were professional, friendly and cared about getting us heat again.
Due to unforseen circumstances the furnace needed extra time and energy to get running properly. Shane promptly returned my calls and went out of his way to help. Thank you also to all the techs who work diligently on this project! Everyone at Apple Aire was great from the minute they answered the phone.

They did a new AC installation. It wast the easiest install but they did a great and very professional job, and in a timely manner (1 day). They promptly returned to finish up a couple of punch list items and I'm very pleased. Photo is the white raceway they installed from the AC unto to the basement furnace, just need to get it painted now. 💪

Nate was a good project leader. He met our challenging situation of retrofit AC system, found better looking registers, and we are happy with the finished product. The installation crew; Edgar, Theron, and Albert were very professional, kept our house as clean as possible during the install, and left us with a great looking air conditioning system.
I heartily recommend anyone looking for AC (or heating) service or installation would be well served in hiring Apple Aire and Nate.

Great experience, start to finish! I hired Apple Aire to install a new furnace, A/C, and hot water heater; they also relocated my outdoor water spicket. All of it was at a fair price. They came out to inspect my old system, and let me know just how dated it was. I was then quoted a fair price for a new system, and they were scheduled back two days later to do the work. The techs were personable, professional, efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and had all four items on the work list completed in 8 hours! I’m super happy with the work and highly recommend Apple Aire! Thanks guys!

We have not had the work done yet, however, Shane answered all of our questions and was very thorough on the bid. We asked for him to meet us a second time to go over a few details and questions we had after meeting other contractors, and he was very happy to do that.

BEWARE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
This is a very expensive company that will be constantly siphoning money out of your wallet and what is more, their guarantee is a fiction which ends the moment their technician walks out of your home. The manager Kacey will tell you that it is your own fault. If you don't want to be at fault and out of your money, do not use the services APPLE AIR provides.

Make sure to read their 3 star reviews that are peppered throughout different sites. Then use a different company so that you don't regret your decision later.

If you like to waste money, call APPLE AIR for services. Although it is a lot easier to just burn the money instead of calling their technician - the result would be the same. If you don't want to listen to a lecture from the manager praising their technicians and then telling you it's your own fault that the system does not work, Google a different company.

UPD: Which is what we have to prove. As evidenced by the response of manager Kasey, the client is responsible and at fault. Cleaning a dead air conditioning unit without diagnostics, an $800 charge for 1.5 hours of pointless work, Is the demonstration of the highest level of professionalism and definitely not syphoning of money from the client.

I have used AppleAire several times and they have always been prompt, professional and fair in their pricing. The tech John that came to my did a great job tuning up my system and explained what he was doing and why. Great Job!

Eric Getz was the technician that helped me. He was very informative and worked with my budget. I've never had such a great experience like I did today. Very smooth.

John D was awesome. Very knowledgeable and willing to share information about my A/C unit. He realized quickly what the issue was and repaired it quickly. It turns out it was a warranty issue so overall i am very pleased with the service
