Apple Aire Heating & Cooling

Saturday morning woke up to 56 degrees instead of 65. Furnace down. Checked reviews for closest (5 STAR) service center and called Apple Aire. We had a technician here in a couple of hours. Thorough, complete, courteous! Our very old monster is performing better than it has in years. We will call again when this old beast dies. RECOMEND!!

Apple Aire Installers & office staff were very professional and exceeded my expectations. I received three bids from other HVAC contractors. The others were competent, and I liked their presentations. But Shane from Apple Aire presented a different idea from my vision of the installation. That set Apple Aire apart from the others. During and at the end of the project I am confident I chose the right company for my home HVAC system. I work in the HVAC industry and finding a company on the same level as Apple Aire is very difficult. The photos show the equipment and parts installed. Not shown is the heating and cooling register installed in the basement bathroom. And the removal of the roof mounted swamp cooler.

John D. did an excellent job with my AC. He also was kind enough to change out my filter since I cannot get into the crawlspace right now.
He even changed out my thermostat after he realized that my old one was going bad.

It’s $70 for them to come to the house and i was told that the $70 would go towards the work they do. They were here for a 30 second visit where they flipped a furnace switch which I didn’t know existed. I ended up being charged $130 for a light switch flip service a d that is absurd. I understand it’s my own fault for being unaware of the switch however $130 as a “diagnoses” is a rip off. They also told me they would let me know what work would need to be done before they did it or charged me for it.

Edgar, Normando and Adrian did a fantastic job of installing my new heat pump replacing my 25+ year old system. They even stopped and explained the system to me as they were installing it. I am absolutely happy with their professionalism. The electricians showed on time and they, again, stopped and explained what they were doing while making sure the new system was connected to my backup power supply. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shoutout to Dennis for being patient while we worked out the system and giving me my quote.

My boiler went out right before a cold spell and I had to find someone to replace it on short notice. I received three quotes and Apple Aire not only had the best value but they also had the best warranties associated with the equipment and their workmanship. In addition, because I have two babies and no heat without my boiler, they moved their schedules around to fit us in immediately. Dylan and Shaun, our technicians, were polite, prompt, and knowledgeable and managed to get everything done in two days. I couldn’t recommend AppleAire more and will use them for all my future heating and cooling needs.

Apple Aire continues to provide excellent service and we recommend them! All the workers are friendly even after dealing with our repeatedly problematic unit. Shane and his crew replaced our unit in one day. Thank you again!!

We got a Daikin heat pump installed almost one year ago. While we’ve unfortunately had issues with it twice since then, we’re so happy we went with Apple Aire because their service is way better than other contractors we’ve used for other projects in Denver. The office is always available and quickly sends a technician. Tyler and Chris have spent many hours installing and fixing our unit and we really appreciate their hard work.

I edited my review. Although on the expensive side, the quality cannot be denied. Apple installed a new central AC system (mini split with air handler) with vents in all ground floor bedrooms, kitchen and living room that has transformed our bungalow from miserable to comfortable in the Summer months. Also importantly they followed up on the inspections for us and filed the needed documentation to the city for the large rebate! Keep it up Apple!
