Couldn't be happier with the service and support from Apple. Several of our condenser's coolant lines had ruptured over the winter - I called the office and they had a technician out later that afternoon to perform a temporary fix, and came back the following day to finish the repair. Best of all, everything was covered under our 12-year installation warranty. The office team and field personnel are quick, friendly and very easy to work with. Can't recommend highly enough!

John came out to troubleshoot a comm error on our Daikin Heat Pump thermostat. After determining it was faulty he went to the dealer and picked up a new one and installed it with 30 mins. He took the time to explain some other concerns and was a wealth of knowledge.

If you’re like me, you came into it not knowing much about HVAC, the different brands, options, etc. You’re likely also skeptical that all HVAC companies are going to rip you off. If so, you can rest easy working with Nate and the Apple Aire team. They are Daikin comfort pros and offer the best brand, at fair prices with expert installation and support. They will be my HVAC partner from now on. Thank you to the whole team.

Last year Apple Aire completely replaced my (old) HVAC and water heating system. The quality of the products they support and the level of service were top notch.
They also performed annual maintenance on my HVAC system, and the service level was the same - very high.

I ended up not going with Mini splits through them but I would say the professionalism of their staff and contractors was amazing. The process to get information from them and vice versa was easy and the communication was very open. Quotes were quick and Nate was great to work with. Would recommend them for that reason alone.

I hired Apple Aire to come fix a problem with my plumbing. Their plumber, Tony, showed up within 2 hours of my calling them, was prompt, courteous and qualified. Apple Aire sent me both a text message and e-mail with Tonys information so I would know who was showing up, which I appreciated. They took care of my problem, I paid a fair price, and I would definitely hire Apple Aire again.

We live in an older home and contacted Apple Aire to install a Daiken cooling system. We had initially thought that we’d have to have a large, unsightly, wall unit in our home but they wound doing a retrofit into the ceiling that is not even noticeable. This was NOT an easy install; our home has a flat roof and they had to go through almost of foot of build up roofing. I honestly thought they’d be at our home for at least a couple of days, but they showed up with a full crew and had the entire system installed in under eight hours! Every single installer was professional, friendly, polite, & most importantly, knowledgeable. We LOVE our new cooling system! This is the first summer we haven’t been roasting and the cost was very fair and competitive. I also love that they are a local, family owned business. I know that if I experience any problems in the future I will be dealing with people who live in my community. I honestly just can’t say enough good things about this company. We had a heat pump with mini split units installed in our house by Apple aire. They were great! Always prompt responses, on time and professional. Highly recommend!

Our old water heater blew a pinhole leak out of the bottom of the tank so we called Apple Aire to see if we could get it replaced. They responded right away and within 24 hours I had a new water heater installed and ready for service. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer

A rock solid company. I have used their service for many years and always satisfied. The tech that arrived today was named Ian. He really knew his stuff and was super helpful. Ian explained the problem in depth and made the fix in a short period of time. I highly recommend this company based on the great techs this company employs.
