As promised! Apple Aire installed a new furnace and Daikin Fit AC at my townhouse. From start to finish the crew impressed me at every turn. Sales Nate comfort specialist took the time to fully understand my priorities to suggest the best product set for my particular situation. Install crew Normando and Edgar perfect install timely with an eye to long term serviceability. Dennis (sales/customer service lead) is super responsive, patient, and informative. Dylan Terry and Ray Shampine were both efficient and proficient in their work: 1) replaced our old Bradford White 40-gallon water heater with an install of a Navien 240A Tankless water heater 2) replaced two hose bibs 3) replaced pressure reducing-valve 4) adjusted furnace dip switch.

I didn't think a water heater could bring me so much joy, but a TANKLESS WATER HEATER is the way to go!! And, definitely get the installation done by the Apple Aire crew. Professional, Patient, Competitively Priced & Proficient!

Donavan, Ray, and Benny were great to work with. They installed a new mini split and air handler system for our addition in one day. They were easy communicate with, performed very high quality work, and got it all done in one day. Very pleased!

Dylan and his Brother Shane are some of the nicest people i have met . Dylan helped my wife and I get the system we needed to compliment our solar panels we just had installed . Everyone at Apple Aire has been amazing always going the extra mile to make me happy i am looking forward to having them work and up keep my equipment for a lot of years to come . I would say in a world full of people who make huge promises and don't ever come around with them Apple Aire has seemed to come through with everything they have said clean fast on time . I highly recommend them .So it has been few month since the install in which my tested positive with covid she locked herself away in a room and i brought her food to her . So i think without knowing it our knew air scrubber kept the rest of the family from contracting it i mean we were all in the same house breathing the same air now don't get me wrong i'm no scientist but i think it did its job considering my immune system was compromised by cancer . So again thank so much for you guys did for me and my family . IF YOU NEED HEAT OR AC WORK DONE THESES PEOPLE TREAT YOU LIKE FAMILY. ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS DONE RIGHT.

Ian & Dylan replaced a water heater & installed 2 expansion tanks (one on another water heater in the other half of the duplex) & a pressure release value for me. Both were knowledgable, professional, courteous & friendly. That did the whole job in about 4 hours! Ian also shared maintenance tips on the furnace & flushing the water heaters to prolong their lives! Then Apple Aire gave me a veteran discount! Highly recommend them & Apple Aire!

We decided to go with the other guys (local certified, established) because their price was lower. Immediately regretted it! Everything that Apple (Nate) warned us about pretty much happened. In the end, we spent double what the price difference was, for a system that is no way near as nice as what Apple was offering. Lesson learn… stick with the experts! Do not let the salesmen (price or pitch) win the game.

The tech came for the repair and we thought the AC was good to go. Tech left, system failed less than a hour later. The tech came back to my house after his last appointment of the day and ran even more tests on the system. Shane stayed until the problem was resolved. Great experience with Apple Aire.
Would use them again.
