This is the second home I've had HVAC work done through Apple Aire. Shane Terry is so professional, timely, knowledgable, and thorough. He helped diagnose some issues for my old A/C, as well as the need for additional returns throughout the house. The entire team has been wonderful to work with, through and through. I recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood who needs HVAC services!

When our AC went out we knew it was time to also replace our 20 year old furnace as well. We had 4 companies come give us quotes then compared options. Apple Aire was able to give us a system that met all our needs with a quick installation date and a price point we were comfortable with. When the day came the crew worked a long day but were not able to get all the loose ends tied up related to some part changes. They quickly came back to finish and even had to get another crew member to bring a new part from across town but they didn't give up, leave, or try and reschedule.

The finished product is not only efficient and quiet but the crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was addressed and took the extra time to route the ducting in a way that not only functioned but didn't impact aesthetics. The tech crew was hardworking and professional, and they even drained our water heater after noticing sounds from sediment build up. The marketing and sales manager was incredibly easy to work with and offered multiple options to help us get what we wanted.

Ian was great! Incredibly helpful esp since I am a first time home owner. He gave great suggestions and never tried to sell services that were unnecessary. 100% this company will be my go to for my HVAC needs.

They cancelled my consultation without permission and didnt even confirm it with me. I cleared my schedule for no reason. What a waste of time. Poor managment.

Apple Aire installed a very complicated heating and cooling system in our 1903 home. They were consistently on time with a professional staff that worked efficiently. Everything was done neatly and caused the least amount of disturbance to our home during the process and the finished product is unobtrusive. I can't remember everybody's name - but Edgar was our project manager and did a stellar job with assistance from Phaylen, Ray, Dillion, Donovon, Ian and others. Nate helped us with the initial plan and startup of the project, coming out to our home several times and discussing all the possible options. Nate also came by frequently to check on the progress as install began. The owner Todd came out to assist as well since it was pretty complicated. We are very happy with the end result!

I had been looking for someone to install central air in my 1969 home for a couple of months. I had reached out to a few other companies but never got a response. When I called Apple Aire they responded right away and sent Nate B. out. Nate was very informative and explained everything that needed to be done including upgrading my electrical; he also made sure I was given the best pricing. Haven't made a final decision yet, but I can say this - for as much money one has to spend to replace a furnace and/or an AC unit, it was nice to have someone spend as much time as was needed to explain everything: the company history, products, services, our current system and how new installation might go. To say they are thorough is an understatement. They answered all my questions and are coming back to do some additional testing at no charge; so they can provide the most accurate picture and price. I never felt rushed and had no issues understanding how they get to the initial pricing. The company that came just an hour before, had two guys who ran in and out in 20 minutes and then sent me a quote for FIFTEEN THOUSAND dollars. There wasn't even a discussion and they never asked me if I had questions. Nate with Apple Aire made it seem like the two guys before him had never even been to my house. Thank you for taking the time to explain things and walk me through the process. I'm looking forward to the additional testing and please know that you've provided MVP service so far and I haven't spent a dime. That says a lot!

I was out of town and couldn’t find anyone to get our heater going. Luckily Apple was available and came out and serviced our unit within 2 hours of our phone call. Thank you 🙏

We got estimates for water tank and boiler replacement and the quotes were reasonable and for me that is the first step. All communication was polite professional. We r going to proceed with water tank replacement shortly. Hopefully boiler as well later.
