Apple Aire Heating & Cooling

Apple Aire came out to inspect our tankless water heating system which they had installed in 2007. The service was prompt, professional and as always, very good on finding a solution to our issue. Thank You Apple Aire!

Our system died when it hit negative temps. We called to see emergency services from this company and the dispatcher was great! We decided to wait until the next day and they came out to see what was happening. The tech spent a few minutes looking at the system before saying we needed to replace the system. He said he drained some condensation from a tube and it should work for a few days but would need to replace ASAP and gave us a very high estimate. It died 5 min after he left. We decided to call another company who ACTUALLY repaired our system and spent the time to fix it rather than just looking for a high payday. The lady on the phone at Apple is wonderful, everything else about this place was not.

Had some work done by Apple Aire last fall and one of the components failed. They came out quickly and addressed the issues quickly under warranty.

Norm and Benny installed our new heater and our first-ever air conditioner. They were fantastic! They arrived promptly and explained the changes they were making clearly. They installed the entire system incredibly quickly and efficiently!! This included customizing the system to be able to still include our humidifier! We have not previously had air conditioning so this required setting up a pad outside and adding electrical support. All of this was completed in half the time I expected and it works perfectly! They took the time to walk us through all aspects of our new system. They even provided us with additional tips and information on using our air conditioning!! Fantastic! I really can’t say enough great things about the work they did!! Norm and Benny were both very friendly and professional! Everything they did helped us feel incredibly confident in the products and services we received!! Benito and Ray did a stellar job! They were so professional and did amazing work with our less than great, old setup in our house! They thoroughly explained our brand new system with new tech. Got a few quotes to replace an older furnace with a new high efficency unit. When Apple Aire came out they inspected the unit, and we talked about the fact that the basement is cold. He walked the whole house looking at vents and recommended adding a return to the basement all cold air returns were upstairs. The new furnace works great and with the new return in the basement it is the same temperature as the rest of the house. The quote was givin at the same time as his visit and the installation was very professional.

These guys are quick!! I called them on Monday. They came out Tuesday and informed me that my 15 yr old furnace had a gas leak!! They were out on Wednesday IN THE SNOW in Bailey to install the new furnace.

The team was great to work with from start to finish (quote, scheduling, install team). Great pricing and comparable to others in my experience. Install team was very professional and walked me through everything. This is definitely my go-to HVAC company now.

Shane was Fantastic. We discussed replacing both older Goodman units to include ac. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions along with recommendations on the current issue on the attic furnace to keep it operational while the temps are low this week.

Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I am still getting quotes and will keep them as one of my options
