Matt did a great job installing our water softener. He showed up on time, completed the job, and went over everything at the end. Everything looked clean and completed at the end (much better than the old water softener). We haven’t had any issue with our hot water since the installation and are very pleased.

They did a fast, good job getting my heater back up and running. My complaint, though, is nowhere did they warn me about the very high cost of just coming out to look. Simply booking an appointment put me on the hook for a very high bill that I would not have agreed to had it been disclosed anywhere beforehand.

When the guy did come out, he was able to fix my issue quickly, which I appreciate. But what I don't appreciate is another unreasonably high charge on top of the undisclosed service fee for about twenty minutes of work that required no materials.

Based on my experience, they know their stuff. But make sure you force them to disclose their pricing structure beforehand and decide if it really is reasonable.

Had a great experience on my quarterly maintenance check today!

The technicians are always courteous and explain options. I have been using them for 2.5 yrs and they tuneup my furnace in fall and get the AC going in the spring . They just added electrical for house and the hot water heater care. I forgot to mention they have always been on time.

The technician Aaron was prompt and extremely knowledgeable . I now have been using service experts for about 5 years.

We had a emergency service call on a Sunday and the tech was not able to finish the job. Monday morning we received a call from the GM who promptly made sure that our needs were met. The technician we had today was able to answer all questions and provided additional teachings to help us be more aware of our unit. We have had three guys come out from here first one amazing, second one tried his best with what he had and finally today Colten was fantastic. The three stars is because I feel like yesterday we should have had a completed job and not needed someone to come back today.

I’ve exclusively used Service Experts for the last 5 years and couldn’t be happier with their service. Logan did a great job with the Fall service and cleaning of our system, and I rely on Doug Cook for advice on upgrades and parts issues. Honest as the day is long! Thanks to all for keeping us warm and cool! 😃
