Easy to use, super professional and very knowledgeable. It is priceless to have a partner making sure my HVAC, heating and plumbing is in a good place. And Nathan crushed my hose bib install!

My wife and I have used Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning a number of times with great results. We are enrolled in their service plan. Every technician that has come out to our house has been very knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. The service keeps our AC, furnace, and humidifier performing at top efficiency resulting in zero problems. The company is extremely reliable and best of all, they are economical in the maintenace of our systems. Zack was the technician today, and once again we were very happy with a professional job and a courteous attitude. It is a relief to have a company that is not only reliable but offers consistent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Luis and Nathan were very helpful today when we had a faucet burst in the kitchen and water go everywhere. They were prompt, good communicators and did a wonderful job with the fixes. They were able to answer any and all questions we had about possible future projects as well.

If I could give Doug and company more than 5 stars I would! Doug not only did a great job diagnosing my situation and offering recommendations, he also picked up on a natural gas leak I had. I had noticed a smell in the house but was unsure from what. He noticed it immediately, I got Xcel out asap and got the situation rectified. Thanks do much Doug for going above and beyond. I am humbled and appreciative!

Our hot water heater stopped working after the wind storm, Luis and Nathan come out today. Unfortunately had to get a new water heater, but they were able to install it today. They were both polite and professional, and have always had great service through Service Experts.

Spencer from Service Experts came to my house and did an evaluation and tune up of my furnace. He made sure the parts were clean and working correctly, told me the life of my water heater and furnace and offered me an amazing package for maintenance for the longevity of both of them. To be honest we just bought this house a couple years ago and I didn't even know much about what we had to begin with. He was professional and on time. I'll make sure to reach out to Service Experts in the future!

Spencer from service experts heating and conditioning did an awesome job identifying preventative maintenance issues in my AC unit saving money. Additionally he went through everything he did during his inspection and explained everything making me feel confortable to move forward with his recommendations.

Luis and Nathan were amazing in replacing a garbage disposal. Notified of their arrival, which was on time. Friendly, professional service and they were done in about 10 minutes flat. It doesn't get better than that!

Installation update! Again, we have had an exceptional experience! The 3 person team of Josiah, Sherman, and Seth adeptly installed a heat pump system in a 1950s home. This meant dealing with both the attic and a super tight crawl space. They were always positive and supportive and worked as quickly as possible in the 30 degree temps with more than a full day of work. Additionally, they followed up several times to help us find the optimal settings and to teach us about the heat pump system as it is very different from our gas furnace. And finally - they were very patient with our high maintenance and barking dogs. I highly recommend this company!

After a great deal of research we decided to replace our 21 year old gas furnace with a heat pump system. Sarah met with us and has been incredibly supportive and responsive to all of our questions and concerns about the products and the costs. She works closely with Chris and together they helped us select a system that meets all of our needs. This first phase of the project has been exceptionally positive and reassuring that we are working with an excellent company!

I had Pete (Sales) and Spencer (Technician) at the house recently for a system checkup. I found both to be real gentlemen in our interactions which I appreciate. They were both technically sharp as well and Spencer took his time to explain things to me carefully and appropriately. If I make repairs or replacements in the future, I hope to deal with them both.
