These guys are the best when in comes to air duct cleaning. Very professional and responsive. The initial visit went very well and the guys were very nice. I did have some airflow issues after the initial visit but the technician and his team responded within 2 minutes of my text. My airflow issues were quickly resolved. These guys stand behind their work and I would use them and recommend them anytime I have the chance.

To begin with, this business doesn't even exist at this address. Go ahead, drive over there. IT ISN'T THERE. This isn't a local heating and air conditioning company, when you pay your bill it goes to Best GDC LLC. When you call and ask to talk to the owner, they say that they cannot do that. You ask who the owner is, and they tell you that they cannot say.
When I needed a response from the supervisor, Brady, of the person who installed my furnace 2 years ago the answering service would only tell me that they would "let them know and they will be in touch". "What happens when you have an issue with Brady and he stops responding?" I asked. They could only say that they would send another message to "the supervisor".
Rewind to 2 years ago. Brady responded quickly after I called what I *thought* was a local repair company near my home. He showed up quickly and sold me a new unit to replace my nearly 30 year old furnace. Initially I was pleased with the installation and service.
Fast forward to last week. After the furnace stopped functioning properly I called this company and they put the request into Brady to have him reach out. I promptly got a text asking about the issue. I asked for him to come to my home to look at it so we can talk about it. He refused to do that and said he would talk with me on the phone the next day. I have texted him multiple times since then and he has STOPPED RESPONDING.
Without service from Brady or the phone number in this Google listing, I called another company to come have a look at the system since my house was cold since it was winter and the furnace wasn't running.
Long story short : the furnace was improperly installed by Brady's crew. It needed to be installed at a pitch to allow water to drain from the unit when it runs. Without that pitch, water backs up into the unit and triggers a switch to not allow it to turn on.
On top of that? THESE GUYS NEVER REGISTERED MY FURNACE. So I don't have the option for taking advantage of the manufacturer warranty.
On the subject of warranties, in order for them to be taken advantage of, the unit needs to be serviced seasonally. Something you would have thought the company that sold me the furnace would have informed me of. But that would have required Brady to have been more interested in the quality and longevity of the furnace instead of the quick cash up front before he disappears behind their answering service.
David appeared on time and carefully serviced my furnace & A/C unit. He explained how to change my air filter as well as instructed me on operation of my touch screen control panel. I’m an older retired person & felt confident after David’s clear instruction. Great service.
So happy with the service I received from this company. They were very prompt and professional, and I really appreciated the fact that they came out so quickly to handle my problem.
