Paul did a great job with our install, was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were reasonable and he didn’t try to “salesman” me, process was easy and big project done in about 1.5 days. We had ac, furnace, and water heater all removed and replaced.

Hired them June 23 to replace an AC unit. They seemingly did the work fine and the AC works.

They intimated to me several times that they'd pull a permit for this job - they didn't. It's October and they haven't returned calls or texts and I've been forced to pull the permit myself for a job I hired them for, making me liable to fix any problems with their install.

Edit: the inspector passed review of their work, but I had to pay for the permit.

After our AC suddenly stopped working we decided to call Paul and it was the best decision we could have made. I researched what was wrong for hours and every cost estimate was slightly over what Paul charged, so I knew he was honest. He didn't try to sell me a new system or anything like that. He also squeezed me into his schedule since it was a quick repair so we were lucky enough to have AC running the same day (which my pregnant wife greatly appreciated).

Five stars is just not a high enough rating for this company, they are so friendly, helpful and more than fair priced. They saved us when our AC went out and the furnace not far behind, they were able to schedule us in within a week and a half. They did such a great job with installing our new AC and furnace, taking great care when moving things in and out of the house. Just great people and a great company, absolutely hassle free from start to finish!

Paul is a great and attentive hvac expert. It’s aLeah’s great to work with a small family business as opposed to the big companies out there. Installed our a/c and regularly maintains our furnace as well.

We found Paul through word of mouth from CB realty for an AC install on a roof of one of our townhomes this summer and we extremely impressed and satisfied with his service. And then we just had an issue with the furnace this October - that he promptly responded to and repaired. He was responsive, reasonably priced and reliable. A rare combination of traits in this crazy market! He is out new "go to conractor" from here on out!

Paul was one of the few contractors to respond (and respond to subsequent questions) to bid on a heat pump installation for my home. I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only was K&K responsive, their pricing was better than anyone else I contacted. I was able to get a better quality unit installed for less than what other companies had bid on lesser units.

Paul, Tracy and Ron showed up on installation day on time and were very friendly and courteous. Paul had a small issue with the nuances of installing a heat pump versus a traditional a/c unit that seemed to threaten getting it completed that day. It was very hot that day and I was concerned that we may not have a/c. Paul stuck it out that afternoon and got the problem resolved, with a promise to come back and check that all is well later.

I'm so impressed with K&K. It's sad to say, but a contractor that does exactly what they say they will do, on time and at a fair price, is such a rare thing. This is who K&K is; an honest contractor that delivers. I will definitely be contacting K&K in the future for HVAC needs and highly recommend them for any residential HVAC projects.
