Finally!!! A Company with competent people who really do understand geothermal heating systems, solar heating and how to integrate it with existing furnaces!

We had a system installed by another company that never worked right. We were searching for a company that would do maintenance on our system when we were referred to Dan at Sensible Heating.
Not only was he familiar with the work of our original installer but he knew how to fix the problems that the other fellow created.

We are so very happy to have such a nice competent sensible person to work with and are thrilled that our system is finally working correctly.. NOW we can actually accomplish our goal of using less gas and reducing our carbon skid mark!

Dan was on time to my appointment for a furnace replacement estimate. Although I chose to go with another company (hey, you can only choose one, right?), he seems to know his stuff and is competitively priced. I believe I would've been happy with his work had I chosen him for the job.

Company's project bidder, Aaron, surveyed and estimated cost to move gas line for our kitchen reno. He returned morning of appointment to make certain info was clear for HVAC tech, Walter who did a fine job. Jo, office manager, kept everything moving on schedule and was a pleasure to deal with. Have already recommended company and would do again. Thank you!

Had a 12 year old furnace stop working during the November cold, I flipped switches changed the fuse and got it working. I decided to have Sensible come out and check the unit out. The technician Neal came out and could not replicate the failure. It failed again. Had Neal come back the next day and was able to fix it. Pricing was reasonable and the service was great. Sensible Heating and Cooling recently installed Central Heating and Air Conditioning in my home. I cannot say enough good things about them. I compared them to other companies and their bid was the best. They are not high pressure and excel at communication. I found the installers to be knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and efficient. Best of all, my energy efficient TRANE system is quiet and heats ever so evenly. The condenser unit for the AC is beautiful and tests show the AC is working well too. The warranty is also great.

Sensible staff returns my calls/emails promptly and pretty much have held my hand through the whole process. The forms for an Xcel rebate were filled out for me and all I needed was to sign them. My rebate has already arrived.

I highly recommend them.

When my regular plumber left me hanging on an evaporative cooler install I found Sensible Heating and Cooling and am glad I did. Dan and Aaron came out and did the estimate. Dan answered all my questions even when I started comparing a cheaper model. The cheaper model had a smaller rebate so it wasn't such a deal after-all. Install day they were here all day plus the electricians for a couple of hours. Aaron was the last to leave and he made sure everything was perfect. When a mysterious vibration started happening weeks later he had it fixed right away. I will be looking to them for any maintenance I need on my boiler, water heater or a future A/C install.

Dan and his team saved us today. Steam heat was completely off. They quickly found and fixed the problem. The work was effective. The price was reasonable. As I watch the snow, am grateful for Dan's great work to give us heat again. I recommend them to all.

I had trouble with my AC since September of 2021. I tried getting it fixed multiple times. It was through our home warranty, multiple other companies cam out and refused to fix it. Dan stepped up and got the job done and done right. Just in time for the hot weather.

I had a great experience with Sensible. Easy to book the job. The person on the service call was prompt and communicative. The work I had done was only having an HVAC unit checked out in my rental property, but I'll be sure to call them for future work at my many other properties. Sensible is a great name for this company!
