Sensible Heating and Cooling

New to Colorado, we did not have many referral sources and used the web to research for reputable HVAC companies. Arranged for three of the top rated google companies to come by the house. All were very impressive, but Stephen Pemberton at Sensible Heating and Cooling stood out amongst the rest. Incredibly knowledgeable, he was able to assess our needs and incorporated mathematical calculations to evaluate airflow to determine the type of system upgrade we needed. Everything about my interactions with Stephen and his company were first class. The crew that installed the system was supervised by Neil, a very respectful and conscientious technician. Their prices were extremely competitive, and we feel that we actually got more than what we paid for. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with the quality of their work.

Dan and Aaron just left my house. They were fast and efficient and super nice guys. Only took them a few minutes to diagnose the problem and repair it. They even added some refrigerant free of cost. Their prices are competitive and the quality of service was great. Perfect combination for any service business. I have already recommended them to a friend. Don't hesitate to call them!

I recommend Sensible Heating and Cooling. I got a new AC and furnace installed over the last two days. Dan, Walter and Dagner did a fantastic job, were friendly, professional, cleaned up after themselves and my house was wonderfully chilly after they left. Professional install, too. Very clean. One thing I noticed was their camaraderie - they were laughing, having fun, getting along. Looks like a great place to work. Give these guys a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Was a good experience. Phil was informative and knowledgeable and worked well with me on selecting options. Loved that they had newer vehicles, hats and jackets marked well with their company logo, plus provided a biz card and a handshake. All was cleaned up properly after, plus answered my questions and told to call for any further. Anthony came out the next week, to check a 'whistle' issue and handled it sufficiently and pleasantly. Overall, would recommend them. Also, was glad they were certified through Jeffco Housing Authority, plus Xcel, thus making it affordable with rebates and county grant, and giving me the option to upgrade to higher end 95% efficient, 2 stage furnace. Still pleased a month later.

I scheduled a furnace maintenance check with Sensible Heating and Cooling. Eric, our technician, was timely and extremely proffesional. He went explained everything he checked in detail and made recommendations for how we can keep our furnace operating as it should. Would recommend this company and Eric to anyone.

Aaron came out to help us with our geothermal system. He did a great job of explaining component functions and determining what the cause of our fault error was. He was quick, professional, and we felt the service cost was reasonable. We will definitely be using Sensible Heating and Cooling in the future.

This company not only can beat their competitors prices, but they offer stellar service. My house is quirky, and Phil spent the time necessary figure out the best solutions to keep us comfortable all year.

They installed a new furnace, a/c, and steam humidifier. They relocated the furnace as well. And all along the way they were extremely courteous and professional, cleaning up at the end of each day.

Sensible Heating and Cooling was referred to us by our previous Heating and Cooling company that moved out of the area. Walter arrived on time explained all he was doing and did a very complete servicing of our furnace at an affordable price. We are very happy with the service and will continue to use them for all our heating and Cooling needs.

I have used Sensible Heating and Cooling to check on our A/C and furnace for the seasons and help with our tankless water heater for the last couple of years. Aron has been our tech and has been great! Very professional and knowledgeable. They are also fair in their pricing.

After waiting for 3 days for another A/C company to call me back to schedule a repair, Sensible got me scheduled on the first call and moved me up after a cancellation. The technician came on time, assessed the problem quickly and explained the solution, which was a simple fix, not gouging me like I have been before by other A/C companies. Very customer friendly. Highly recommend them
