    Jon and Travis did a remarkable job putting in my new boiler for my hot water heat. Neat, efficient and professional, they took the time to clean up and explain the new changes to me. Jon is an expert at diagnosing boiler issues. I highly recommend Simply Mechanical. Im very pleased!

    Highly recommend this company! We used them to replace our furnace a few years back and they did a great job! We had them return and add ducting for a home addition and install a new a/c unit. After construction was over, they came back and cleaned all of our ducting. You can tell they've been in the industry for a long time. They're very knowledgeable and very professional.

    Excellent experience with Simply Mechanical! Called in and Cassidy scheduled us for next day maintenance/ check up on our older furnace. Was notified as soon as Jon was on the way. Unfortunately, our heat exchanger was cracked 😳 and he showed us where it was leaking out with bubbles. They were able to replace the furnace quickly and the crew was excellent. Have referred already to a few neighbors and will continue to do so. Thank you to the whole crew for taking care of us and making sure our home is safe!

I decided to invest into a new high efficiency boiler and couldn't be happier! The experience dealing with Simply from the initial call to the techs doing the work was flawless!     We noticed our 13 year old furnace was acting up and was not running properly. Steven came out on short notice and diagnosed the problem. We needed a new furnace as some critical components had failed and were not worth replacing. I was clearly walked through all of my new system options and we arrived at the best option for my home. The furnace was installed a couple days later by 2 service techs. It only took them about 4 hours to both fully remove the old furnace and install the new one. The work was clean and done with total professionalism. I was even given a detailed walkthrough of how the new system works. I will be calling back in a few years when I need a new A/C and the eventual new water heater.

    I wouldn't normally review a company just to post a negative experience, but I would like to warn anyone assessing this company for boiler repairs. I had Simply Mechanical, among other companies, scheduled to assess for a bid for total A/C and central heat. Coincidentally the day before they came out for the assessment, my boiler went out, but they assured me they worked on boilers and could fix that at the same time they were doing a bid assessment. The "comfort advisor" came out and said that I would need a new expander tank and attached valve, but he didn't have the parts so he couldn't fix it that day. He proceeded to open the electrical panel and I watched something spark in his hand, and he shorted my entire mechanical room. He couldn't figure out what went wrong, and he said he "hoped I knew a good electrician". He didn't refer an electrician to me, and any well established and respected company in this space, plumbing, contracting etc. should have electrical they trust. The comfort advisor shrugged and said he couldn't do anything else. He left and my expander tank was leaking (it wasn't before he got there) and my electricity was blown in that room. Cue subsequent $300 electrician bill that I had to call in myself. I called the office and the owner, and they would not take any responsibility for leaving my house in a worse condition than before the technician came out. The owner said that "the wires were messed up to begin with" (he wasn't there to see what happened or what condition it was in), and when I said that his tech shouldn't have touched anything if he wasn't prepared to fix it, he was literally silent. I haven't received a refund because believe it or not the tech charged me, and he caused the main circuit on the boiler to short (a $750 part!) and they will not take responsibility for ANY of the additional damage they caused. I really don't know how my experience is singular on here but I am so frustrated (and cold...currently 48 degrees in my house in January). Needless to say I will not be entertaining this company's bid for central heat/air if this is how they conduct business.

    Called originally because heater wasn’t working. Stephen came out to check, he’s awesome. Super knowledgeable but also a really nice guy. (Found out later he’s the owner, which you would never guess. He puts on no airs, whatsoever.) so heater is working again, yay. But then find out they have a club member/service monthly program so now I’ll get reminders and regular service. Helps a ton since it’s just me and I admittedly hate managing the “guy” stuff a house needs throughout the year. Really glad to have found them. Also should note as a single gal, felt very safe.

    We needed help with a very old boiler system that was re-tagged by Xcel and Cassidy was very helpful with scheduling us as soon as possible. John showed up on time and communicated with us throughout the process. He also helped out immediately with a few follow up issues that came up after.     Enjoyed working with Cassidy (Office Manager) and MJ (Sales Manager). MJ is very professional. He is steeped in industry knowledge, listens attentively to customer needs, offers multiple options, doesn't try to upsell, respectfully deals with a value shopper. and is very responsive. He is a pleasure to deal with. In the end due to personal reasons, we decided on another firm, but Simply Mechanical made it a difficult decision. When next seeking HVAC assistance we will definitely be talking to Simply Mechanical.
