Knowledgable and innovative owner, Dan. He's always honest and efficient with his recommendations. No hassle, no scare tactics and does work at a reasonable price. We've had him work on our furnace and whole house humidifier for over 2 years now.

They did an awesome job identifying a situation that could have trashed our hardwood floors and then developed a solution that was a significant upgrade to the old system. After working with Dan for more than 10 years maintaining our forced air high efficiency gas furnace and electric AC, Dan's integrity and reliability made Sensible a natural choice to handle the design and install for our net-zero new home. He and Justin completed a hybrid geothermal-solarthermal solution for our radiant floor space heating and domestic hot water needs, with a wood boiler back-up, complete humdiity control and a heat recovery ventilator for fresh air in a tight home.! The complex job was done on time and on budget. All questions and concerns addressed in a thorough and conscientious manner. Jo helped from the office with timely support on tax credits. Amazing company! Sensible did a new construction, 5 ton WaterFurnance geothermal horizontal field system that was paired with in-floor radiant heat on both floors of our home. For cooling, they installed a Breezair evaporative cooler. Amazing performance, and efficiency by the system, and Sensible.
