Sensible Heating and Cooling

Aaron has provided inspection and maintenance for my HVAC system several times. He is very knowledgeable and I thorough and very patient about answering any questions. Sensible is a great company with excellent employees.

Devon my rep showed up on time. I received a 30 minutes out call which was helpful to plan out my day and accommodate the visit. In addition, I felt that he explained everything well and answered all my questions. I particularly appreciated the photos he took to help explain things.

Aaron was a great person who listened to my explanation of what I was experiencing with the geothermal system. He took time to understand the system, did thoughtful troubleshooting and determined what was necessary to fix/improve system operation.

This was my first time using Sensible HVAC. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend the technician Eric Ramirez. I was comfortable with him being in my home, and he did a great job.

Sensible installed a heat pump system on my high efficiency furnace earlier this fall and left the funace in place as a backup for extreme low temps below zero. Great installation and control work. Our energy bill for the coldest month of December/January just arrive and I am about 1/3 of what my neighbors and friends bills. This is amazing.

We had an awesome experience with Sensible Heating! They were able to squeeze us in for same day service which was surprising! The tech arrived and reviewed the thermostat issue with me. He solved that thermostat issue and then noticed a problem I didn't know we had--the system was short-cycling because the furnace was getting too hot. He sped the fan up and the issue was resolved. Devon was friendly and professional and didn't stop until the issue was solved. Thanks!

Our furnace decided to die on the coldest night of negative temps. We called another company for emergency services but should’ve just waited for Sensible the next day. We had used them previously to replace a blower motor and they are honest, well-priced HVAC services. Luckily, they were able to come out same day right before the holidays to save the day and help where the other company just gave us a ridiculously high priced estimate to replace our system. Ivan came out and was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. He knows his craft and actually cares. He took the time to get us back up and running at a reasonable price. This is the only HVAC company we will trust now!

Aaron was fantastic. He came to our house within 90 minutes of our call. Diagnosed the issue and despaired it right away. Very professional. Highly recommend.
