Rox installed a whole home humidifier and an air purifier. They were great throughout the whole process, from scheduling to installation. Everyone we worked with was very professional. Highly recommended!

Thursday afternoon I contacted Cooper, because of their relationship with Costco, and Rox, because a good friend spoke highly of them. Each company had a polite knowledgeable salesperson arrive on time, the next day, to give me an estimate.

When I compared their offers, for equivalent 2.5 ton 13 SEER replacement A/C, Rox was about $250 less expensive, after rebates. (Including the 10% Costco gift card offered by Cooper.)

That caused me to lean in Rox's favor. What sealed the deal was their offer to complete the installation on Monday afternoon. Cooper's lead time was about a month.

Monday, a very pleasant and competent crew of three arrived on schedule. They were done in about 2.5 hours.

I was pleased to see that one of the crew was a young woman apprentice. It's great to see them training the new generation!

I am happy to recommend them and intend to make them my first call next time I need HVAC work done.

Jason was awesome and his estimate was very reasonable. He also spent a lot if time on the phone helping my husband make the decision of what was the best AC/furnace/water heater option for our home. The 2 guys that came and did the work were on time, friendly, and thorough when it came to explaining our new unit and its maintenance. They explained warranties and I feel confident that they will stand behind their work. I highly recommend Jason and his team.

Rox did a great job! Jason was able to answer many questions throughout the process until we got to a setup I felt good in installing in our home. John and team got everything setup beautifully with the heat pump hybrid setup that supports both electric and gas. Great all around experience. Ready for summer with new AC!

Good service, friendly and professional. Fixed the issue and the pricing was fair. Would have given 5 stars, but the tech was scheduled for 4pm, I rearranged my work schedule to make sure I was home in time, but the tech showed up at 130pm. My wife works from home and had to leave a work meeting to let him in and when asked why he was there early he said "idk my boss told me to come now." It worked out in the end, but service would be better if you respected your customers time.

Wow, wow, wow! As many have experienced, our furnace went out while we were out of town, in the middle of winter! I started gathering quotes on Saturday and ROX Heating was responsive over the weekend! Also, when all the other quotes came in, ROX blew them out of the water. Of course, I was concerned of a situation where it sounded too good to be true, but, trust me, it wasn’t. The unit installed works great and the installation was highly professional and thorough. Furthermore, when I had a question the next day they immediately came out and walked me through everything.

I have interacted with the Owner and three technicians (two at the time of install and one with my follow up inquiry). All of them were professional, knowledgeable, and polite.

I am so impressed with ROX that I’ll be using them if anything else in my house needs repair or replacement and am happily referring them to friends.

Compared to our existing HVAC providers that performed our annual maintenance, ROX is superior in every way. They worked quickly to ensure my family, including small kiddos, were warm through promptly installing our new furnace. Thank you, ROX!

Highly recommend. They have performed work for me three times. They provided timely appointments, very good communication, and the services are fairly priced and well explained. There has been no attempt to upsell. It's comforting to find a good HVAC service provider I can count on.

Jonny was professional, efficient, and respectful. After installation we had a small issue, they came out the next day to check it out and adjusted our water pressure and it’s worked well ever since. We appreciated their desire to make things right. He also did a maintenance check on our furnace and gave us tips to keep it working well. Will definitely continue to use their business when needs arise.
