Garrison was awesome. He came to the house to fix an issue that another company couldn’t. Garrison was extremely professional, and walked me through everything he was doing. He is still coming back to double check everything, but has been great to work with.

We've used Rox Heating in the past and they were great. They installed our new furnace and AC. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was good. Our house is a bit of a challenge due to the location of our furnace, but they were able to get the job done. At the time they recommended we get the thermostat that would control the humidifier but we opted not to because we had just purchased a smart thermostat on our own. About 6 months later we decided we needed the new thermostat for maximum efficiency for the humidifier but they didn't have it because of the supply chain issues. Fast forward a year. Our Furnace stopped working. They came right out and figured out the issue and on top of it GAVE us an even nicer thermostat than the one we needed because they didn't have it on hand. I cannot recommend them enough. Every experience has been top notch.

We highly recommend Roxborough Heating and Air. They installed a tankless on-demand water heater and we also asked for an estimate on some additional HVAC work. We are very pleased with their work.

My furnace stopped working during the recent cold snap, and ROX came out within about 12 hours and got me functioning again. They did not try to up sell or repair things that did not need it. Excellent, and I’ll be calling them first when I need maintenance in the future.

Shane and his crew of Chris, Carolyn, and Braden were great to work with. The we’re on time and had our air conditioner coils and compressor all replaced and working in under four hours. Friendly service and good communication.

Rox Hearing and Air installed a new heating and cooling system for us last August. It has been running great and is a major improvement compared to the old system. They scheduled a maintenance visit this morning to check that everything is in working order. They arrived on time, were professional and explained what they were seeing to ensure that I understood what was done. No problems discovered. It is great to have people like this taking care of us.
