I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner last November from Rox Heating & Air, and everything is working well. I love the service because they are knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. Also, on my old system they responded quickly when it broke down in the winter! I highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with the ROX team. On the day of the job they worked quickly and were thorough, making sure to walk me through the project at completion and making sure I was familiar with operation and maintenance. I would certainly recommend working with them.

I was able to get a same day appointment with cold weather coming the next day to get my furnace working again. Garrison was prompt and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was a quick fix, but he took the time to check to make sure the furnace was in good operating condition. He also took the time to explain to me what he was doing. The price was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Rox Heating and Air and will also have them on my quick dial for service.

Have had challenges with previous vendors and this is my first time with Rox. So I will qualify my review by saying I will be more willing to recommend after several experiences with them over time. That being said, super quick and responsive to set up an appointment. Garrison then showed up in a snow storm and went about his work efficiently and easily and had the thermostat up and running quickly. As a customer, you are always waiting for the other shoe to drop. Garrison was great. I know it is hard for companies to find and retain good people now - he was solid.

We have two furnaces and an AC system in our home which we have covered under a maintenance contract with ROX Heating & Air for the past 3 years. Their maintenance program is thorough and they have always been on-time and professional in the delivery of their services. On Halloween evening, we experienced a problem with the furnace that heats the main living level and the temperature dropped to 63 degrees. We called ROX and the owner, Jason came to our home on Sunday evening at 9:30pm. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and made the necessary adjustment which corrected the issue. Needless to say, not only are we impressed by Rox's technical expertise, but their level of responsiveness and customer service are outstanding!

ROX heating and air was so easy to work with. All employees were very responsive and explained the process and answered my questions so that I understood. I received a two hour window for a quote and Jim kept me updated on his ETA throughout the window, this was above expectations. Shane called me the day of the install and asked if he could arrive early, all work was completed efficiently in a timely manner. All pricing was very straightforward and very decently priced, I was not pressured into buying something I didn’t need. I will be using ROX for my maintenance on my new systems, for future needs and referrals.

I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies, but not with Rox. Rox got me same day service when I had a system warning pop up, and they brought two technicians who were educated, professional and diagnosed and solved my issues. They were caring and thorough. I will continue using them.
