We chose Rox H&A because of their great reviews and for their name, since we’re big Rockies baseball fans and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the decision! Within a few days of contacting Rox - friendly grandpa Jim was at our door give us the low down on an instant hot water heater and left us with a great price and a week later Johnny and John were her to install. They were awesome- it was a tight space to install so they had to rerun some water and gas lines to clean it up, which took some time, and we couldn’t be happier with the final product!!! We will definitely use Rox again and we hope this review helps you decide to trust them too- Eric

Rox installed a new furnace, AC and thermostat this summer. They recently came to check the furnace and help program the thermostat. All work was done professionally and we are happy with both the heating ang cooling of our new system!

We had Rox install a tankless hot water unit. They were very professional and respectful of our home. Having had our share of contractors in the house recently I’m used to cleaning up after then. Not Rox! They put drop clothes down and cleaned up after themselves. Plus the work looked very good. No problems so far. I would gladly recommend them and will use them again when we need HVAC work done.

When you deal with ROX you're dealing with actual people who take the time to talk to you and explain the process from the beginning to the end. Jason, the owner, came to write up the quote. He didn't rush anything and explained carefully what work he intended to do. Unlike some other companies, the quote was comprehensive and had details about the parts being used. The customer service and the value we got on the quote made going with ROX a no brainer. They showed up promptly on the day of install and completed the furnace installation in around 2 hours. I'd highly recommend ROX!

Rox has been awesome. They installed my AC and furnace a few years ago. Their service has been impeccable and the tech even walked me through a thermostat issue over the phone while he was at home.

Jason and his team at ROX heating and air were amazing easy to schedule with and they were very punctual. I worked with Shane, Chris, and garrison all were very knowledgeable and polite in explaining what needed to be done. They even came out to my house during the most recent snow storm! I had three different quotes and ROX by far was the best overall choice without compromising on product. They took the time to show me how to take care of all my new products and made sure I knew how to maintain it all before leaving! We started having trouble with our AC unit over the weekend and decided to call Rox Heating & Air first thing Monday morning. They were able to get me scheduled for same day service. Our tech John even called to ask if it was okay to come before our scheduled time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair our unit quickly and let us get back to our day.
