Very responsive--got out quickly after my call and found the issue with the contact between the AC and HVAC that blew the fuse--Fixed same day

I cannot recommend ROX enough! They are professional and friendly. They gave us a fair price on a new air conditioner and were able to install it quickly. If you need someone to help with your HVAC system I would absolutely use ROX!

They came out twice and only charged me for the first visit. The repairman told my family how much he appreciated the owners - we will definitely be repeat customers.

Seriously...there is no better service than Rox in their field. When first reaching out to them a few years back, I spoke with Jason over the phone who led me through my "issue" with my new AC. I took the steps he suggested - mainly checking, and if necessary, replacing my massively soiled filter (yes, I know) - and hosing down the unit itself...you got it, back up running seamlessly. The service techs, most recently James Jones , came for our summer tune-up with the AC. Knowledgeable, friendly and instructional...great experience. Would not use any other company for Furnace/AC work...and suggest that everybody does the same...mean it!

We woke up to cold showers and found the water heater exploded in the basement... By noon Chris was here, prepped the job while the new unit was delivered. They were back with the new water heater and done by 4pm. Perfect job!

Our heater stopped blowing hot air. The technician, Garrison, was very professional and walked us through what specifically was not working. As it is a very old unit we requested to replace the system instead of patching it - which will happen in a couple days. In the meantime Garrison provides us with some space heaters to help keep key areas warm until we get our new furnace.
