My water heater sprung a leak, so I called Rox heating and air. I called at 6:30 in the morning, and despite their website saying they weren't open until 8, they still answered the phone! Within 48 hours, they quoted a fancy new tankless water heater system and installed it. Garrison, Chris, and Carolyn all worked together to complete the job in 3-4 hours. Highly recommended!

I have a service contract for two houses. Garrison came out this morning to do the AC check up at both homes! Just like their installation team, Garrison was professional, and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He arrived at my house on time and explained everything he was doing to me as I like to know what is happening! Couldn’t ask for a better service! You always wonder about the service after you buy a new AC and furnace… But these guys do it right, are easy to work with, and do a great job of scheduling their appointments with good follow-up. They earn the five star rating that I am giving them.

Shane, Christopher, Carolyn were all wonderful. Each person was very professional and courteous. This is the best company. I only have great things to say about them.

Needed a new furnace in a hurry. I liked that these guys gave me a quote over the phone without me having to potentially wait days for someone to come out for an in-person quote. Their price beat another quote from another company for a furnace that was a lesser brand and less BTUs. They did come out before install day just to see it in person and make sure they had all the necessary parts. They did the installation within just a few days of my initial call. They were very professional. Put on booties whenever they entered my unit. On installation day, they put a carpet down to protect the part of the floor that they needed to walk on between the front door and the furnace. They seemed to do a very good and thorough job and they even included a wifi connected touch screen thermostat.
I called them shortly after installation because there was a loud banging sound after the furnace turned off. I wasn't too worried about it because my boyfriend said it was probably just the vents expanding and compressing but I thought it was still a good idea to ask them about it. Even though I told them that's what I thought it was and had a recording they could hear over the phone, they still sent someone out just to double check. This company provides great service and I would call them in a second if any other HVAC issues ever came up for me.

My neighbor had a furnace installed by ROX and was very pleased with the professionalism of the installer and the quality of the work. I contacted Carly at ROX and scheduled a safety inspection for my furnace. Carly was efficient and courteous in setting up the appointment and following up with a confirmation. James and Shane performed the inspection and were very thorough in explaining to me what was involved with the inspection, as well as providing me with information on what to be aware of as my HVAC system aged, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend ROX to anyone needing a professional HVAC service provider.

These guys are amazing, always honest and professional. Have used them multiple times for our a/c and furnace and every time they have done great work. Would not use anyone else!

Garrison has been helping us for years, and most recently helped us out on a pinch when our new tankless water heater had a part go out. We were completely without hot water, but Garrison came out with short notice and replaced the part under warranty, no charge. Thank you Garrison!

James from ROX came out to do air conditioner maintenance on my old air conditioner. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. James has always been open and honest with me about the condition of my furnace and air conditioner and patiently explains things. I also like that this company sends out the same person so he knows you and your systems.

Always awesome, on-time, and professional. Installed my new HVAC system and I have them come back for routine checkups each season. Super happy with the service and highly recommend them.
