The technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and honest. He did his due diligence to confirm the problem with my furnace, swapped out the bad part, and had me going again in no time. I would recommend to friends and family.

I rarely post on review sites, however I felt compelled after having ROX out to my home to replace my old HVAC unit and furnace. I had other companies come out to look at my existing system, with one company stating it was a “job that makes crews quit” and another company ghosting me on the estimate. Not ROX. They were great from start to finish, responding and scheduling everything in a timely fashion, and Shane, Carolyn and Chris couldn’t have been a more professional crew. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or install a new HVAC system.

Shawe, Chris, and Carolyn from Rox Heating & Air installed a new furnace and AC in our house today and we couldn’t be more satisfied. Not only were they punctual and very friendly, but they also seemed highly knowledgeable and competent; they took their time to answer all my questions and show me all the new features. Shawe also suggested to set the filter box of the new furnace a little higher up to make it easier for us to change it, which I thought was very thoughtful and caring. I found their installation very fair and reasonably priced. Would definitely do business with them again!

Been having RoxHeating&Air performing maintenance and repair on our systems for several years now. The have always been responsive and done good work. I have had several system failures that they have taken care of which is much appreciated. My HVAC system was installed by another company and RoxHeating&Air has been instrumental in tweaking it for the better.

We had a complete hvac installed in 2016 by Jason and his team. We also had a whole house humidifier and a wifi thermostat installed. .Extremely happy with the outcome and we have joined the comfort club. This way they automically reach out twice a year for scheduled cleaning a maintenance. So easy!! Highly recommend this as well. Top notch technicians and customer service.

You all responded right away and came out to inspect our furnace. You all rock! So much we now have signed up for regular tune ups throughout the year! Highly recommend!

We've been working with ROX for 3 years now after they installed our new Heating and A/C unit. We have been pleased with their service and their recent visit doing routine A/C maintenance.

They replaced an air filter once three years ago. No complaints other than the service fella was a touch grumpy, but we all have bad days and he was definitely having one so no big deal.

Somehow I ended up on a marketing list and received repeated texts to review their services. I was frustrated to say the least. Their office called after I left a brutal review here. They contacted me and explained how they thought it happened and tried to make the situation right.

I’ll be honest, I was annoyed I had to spend another 10 minutes calling them back to let them know I just wanted to be left alone. (They left a VM.) They were persistent in trying to make me happy. In my humble opinion, *any* company that cares that much that they’ve upset one customer is worth going to, if you have an unsatisfactory experience, they’ll make it right.

The next time I have any HVAC issues, I’ll be calling Rox. And I’m not easily turned around. Thanks for caring about your customers.

We had ROX install a new HVAC, tankless water heater, water softener, and bypass humidifier. From beginning to end they were great. The owner was very hands on and present throughout the process, which is not something I’ve experienced before, and was impressed by. Ryan communicated with us regularly so we knew the schedule and any potential delays. He was also knowledgeable and patient with all the questions we had about the appliances. The receptionists, Kelly and Danielle were great at returning our calls and communicating with us through TXT. Shane, Garrison, and the rest of the install crew were quick and professional. Couldn’t have asked for a better team and company for the job.

Garrison is an excellent technician! He provides solid advice and recommendations to keep your HVAC systems up and running. I have a yearly service agreement and I highly recommend buying it.
