Another great experience with the Heart team. The technicians are always prompt, professional, courteous, and tidy. They take the time to explain what they're doing and why; we always learn from them. The communication from the scheduling team is second-to-none. You receive texts, emails, and phone calls. It really helps with planning your day. We've now joined Heart as members and have used them for Swamp Cooler repair as well as Sewer and Plumbing inspections and now Plumbing Repair. Every team has been great so far. We look forward to taking advantage of the additional services that are included in the membership and feel confident in using them for maintenance and repairs. Good company and good value for money. Give them a try.

Preston did an amazing job and went above and beyond to ensure my system was functioning properly and to its best efficiency. He wore booties upon entering the house, informed me of all his actions and kept me apprised of what was wrong and how he fixed it. He worked quickly to get the tools and equipment he required to fix the problems I was having, Got back to the home and worked swiftly to get in and out without any issues. He set a timer on my system to not interfere daily life and I couldn’t be happier with the results of the new system in the house. My new water softener system is out the way and to code. We hired Heart Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing as a second opinion company based on what we were told by the company that originally did our HVAC system when our hot water heater went out. Larry Barela Came out to assess the situation and informed us that the situation wasn’t nearly as dire as what we were originally told. He fixed our gas leak and was able to get the hot water working again. He explained the tune up package that they offered, which we did purchase. He came back to complete the water heater tune up and even helped fix some unexpected problems that arose while doing the tune up on our old system. Later on that week we noticed our kitchen sink cold water intermittently working and he was able to diagnose and help us resolve the issue ourselves over the phone. Highly recommend Heart and Larry was a pleasure to work with!

The most knowledgeable and thorough HVAC person I have met in over 40 years of home ownership. He did a timely, professional assessment, very technically oriented, and made fixes and other useful recommendations. HEART is definitely the best. They have got our house out of trouble multiple times in the last 2 years from heating to plumbing and electric. The best thing is...when your house needs help, you want people to answer the phone and come right away. Heart has done that for us every time we called.

Last Friday our sump pump's alarm was ringing loudly (and non stop), an indication that the pit was full. I called Heart. Ray Wamsley was there the same day and got the situation under control. Ray replaced both pumps and the floaters the next morning. Now I can sleep without worry. This is the 2nd time I wrote a review for Heart. I feel strongly that I need to thank them publicly. Thank you Ray for your super professional help!!! Thank you Greg (the master electrician) for checking our spa electrical wiring to make sure we are safe. Thank you.

I rarely or ever take the time to write a review of any kind...but in the case of my experience with Heart Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical, I feel compelled to share my experience.
We recently had two new furnaces replaced in our home. Our home is 23 years old having been built in 2000. Our furnaces were installed at the time of construction and had both outlived there useful life expectancy. During the recent cold snap we had each of them serviced and were told that they were on their last legs. We did not want to really push it too far and possibly be without heat in the home. Since we are retired we had the time to do some through research. We contacted three local companies to come out and give us a bid on the job. The first company arrived after several calls and re-scheduling, spent 10 minuets took some measurements and left saying we would get the bid in a day or so. Heart was the second company, and a third followed. The third company was at the house for 45 min. took some measurements, some pictures, and left saying we would receive the bid the next day. (we did receive it as promised). Let me share our experience with the second bid, it being from Heart. Cody our salesperson arrived on time..in fact 5 min. early. He was polite, professional, and prepared. He introduced himself, put on his shoe covers and got to work. He spend 1.5 hrs. at our home, took measurement, took pictures, checked the ducts on both the outside, and inside of our home upstairs and down. After his assessment he sat down and review his copious notes, asking questions of us and answering ours along the way. He presented us with several options and made some recommendations as to things we may want to consider in our decision....products, warranties, installation process, financing, and the advances in thermostat technology and product efficiency. He was thorough but not 'pushy'. I told him we had one more company to hear from and that we would make a decision in the next few days. He said fine...and to call him if any additional questions came up. (we did call him) After considering the three bids we chose Heart...they were not the cheapest, and they were not the most expensive. Their pricing was fair and in the middle...We utilized their financing program that was an easy application and received approval within minuets. So my review of the Sales experience 5.0
As with any equipment purchase of this nature their are more than just the sales/purchasing process. Next is possibly the most important, the installation. In this regard we were able to schedule our installation quicker than we thought and got on the install schedule within a couple of days. In this case 3 techs arrived at our home on time, polite, professional and ready to go to work. They were there all day as anticipated. They removed the old furnaces, installed the new ones, and cleaned up everything. After testing the units...Zack the lead tech took the time to explain that the newer higher efficiency furnaces needed more 'air flow' than our nearly 25 year older models. Zack explained his plan to make this happen...said we would have heat in the home for the evening, and would return in the morning to fix the 'air flow' issue. He was on time once again and got to work. We got everything working as it should...and even had a tech come by to explain and help us set up our new 'app' based thermostats.

And lastly Customer Service. Everyone we met was polite, professional, and considerate of our desire to make sure we were fully satisfied even if it took a little 'extra' to make that happen. Most importantly to me and my wife, is that they were honest and they stood by their word from the sales,
installation, and service commitments they gave us. They state on their website to have THREE CORE VALUES....Honesty, Integrity, and Customer Service. I found ALL three to be TRUE!
