Great customer service! Quick reply to appointment request. Noe was friendly and showed me exactly what was wrong quick fix and not too pricey. I definitely will be using this company in the future.

I can highly recommend Matt Kohl’s, who worked on my furnace today. He was great and went as far as going to get a part from the manufacturer that was still under warranty and installed the part. He is a great asset to your company, and I will certainly request him for future maintenance needs. Great job Matt.

Roberto Prestamo was incredibily professional while working in our home. He worked to trouble shoot problems and gave us multiple options on how to fix our system. He also analyzed the entire system and gave us additional options to improve our home safety and system longevity. Really enjoyable experience and had our system back up and running in just a couple hours!

Heart was quick to respond and had our new light fixture installed in only a couple of days. Corey was our installer and was fantastic. Professional, quick and great guy.

We just had Jamie out to do an annual inspection on our furnace and AC. 5 Star service. Jamie was on time, explained how things looked, and left us with some options to consider. He also set up an appointment for some electrical work we are planning. It was a great experience as usual from Jamie and the Heart team.

We needed to upgrade out electrical panel for a solar project. Keith from Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electric worked with us to explain options for the upgrade, provided an estimate to do the upgrade, and had the main panel replacement scheduled within a week.

He got the work done faster than his estimated time and the quality of the work was outstanding. He made not having power for the day so much less painful than it might have been.

All told, Keith and Heart Heating were easy to work with and solved our serious problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone...and actually already have.

Jim was a professional - thorough, walked us through everything he was doing, did a great job with all repairs, and left the work area cleaner than it was at arrival. And he was a good sport with our 2 young children. Highly recommended.

We just had a new furnace installed as well. This time we had Joseph, Kurt, Dominic, and Noor were all here working on the issue. They killed it - all super nice and professional. They did a great job explaining everything to me and doing the work quickly. It was a great experience and Heart will be my new contractor for all things plumbing, HVAC and electrical going forward.

Jim Anderson was amazing! He came and evaluated a basement toilet drain this morning and was hands down one of the best plumbing consultants I have had the privilege to work with.
