Tobin HVAC has provided wonderful customer service. They're prompt, responsive and very easy to work with. It's easy to see why they've been around for a long time. Thanks Phil for doing such a great job getting my old warehouse heater up and running again.

For more than 20 years Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning has been performing all of my heating and air conditioning installations, repairs, and maintenance. The Tobin team have always provided excellent service with clear estimates for installations, full information concerning and repairs and the reasons those repairs were needed, and regular maintenance. Prices for all of these services were clear and very reasonable, giving both excellent value and excellent quality. Tobin has great and friendly employees and is my choice for all HVAC needs.

I've used Phil and his team several times over the past year. Tobin installed a dual stage furnace in our current home and it has been a great change over the old single stage furnace. Well worth it! The pricing was competitive, and they were on time, pleasant, and tidy. Tobin's work passed city inspection on the first try, no issues. That is important!

Tobin also installed a/c in our home that has never had it, which was complicated by the way the home was built, and Phil figured out a cost effective way to do it. Thank you!

Tobin has also repaired the furnace at my rental, and Mason the repair tech has gone the extra mile to get us up and running at a fair price, and was very good at working with the tenant in my absence. I recommend Tobin to all my friends!

Tobin had been recommended to me by some of my co-workers. I set up an appointment and Mason came out to do maintenance work on both my furnace and AC unit. He was very professional.. explained everything he was working on and got approval before doing any part replacements while he was there. Yes they are top shelf professionally... and...additionally Donna and Phil and their team are incredibly friendly, warm... and honestly ...you feel that they really care about you and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with their work. We were sooo very fortunate to have Dave ( may he rest in peace) many years ago coming out to take care of our heating and air conditioning and he even attended one of our gigs. ( we are musicians )....Just a fantastic human being as are Donna and Phil!

I've used Tobin heating for 6 years. I have called them a handful of times when my heat stopped working completely and they have always fixed it very quickly. I've also used them for routine maintenance and that's been very easy. Their people are very nice and willing to explain the details to you, in addition to getting it fixed. I've seen the same 3 guys come out repeatedly which is great because they retain knowledge of past issues with our system. They have truly been the best home service company I've worked with, and with an older house I've worked with a lot!

I got multiple quotes to install a new furnace before I came across Tobin. Tobin was not only the most reasonably priced but the most friendly and knowledgeable about my different options and willing to take time to thoroughly explain answers to all my questions. They quoted a system fit to the size of my house and didn’t try to over sell. Since then I’ve used them exclusively for all my HVAC needs and recommended to a number of friends. Highly recommend!

Phil was amazing! We had a new AC installation and felt like we knew what was going to take place before each step of the process. Phil is an excellent communicator (phone, email and in-person). He explained different options for us to consider in understandable terms and supported our decisions. He and his partner were always polite and respectful of both our property and family.
