Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning

We used Tobin for a/c install 5 years ago - EXCELLENT JOB. So we called them back to do the same at our new house last summer. The gentlemen who showed up wasn't very professional and didn't take many notes/measurements/etc. He explained that the father (whom we had dealt with on our first install) had passed away and now the next generation was running the business. Sadly, we never received a bid or any kind of follow-up. This is one of the most frustrating experiences - you set aside time from your busy schedule to meet with them, and they don't even provide the courtesy of a bid or a follow-up. We were repeat customers (or trying to be, anyway). I'd hate to imagine how disrespectful they are to people whom haven't already given them thousands of dollars worth of business.

Use to hire Tobin for home/rentals HVAC work. The original owner was very good. I have been disappointed the last few times I used them so I have stopped hiring them. They seem to lack basic knowledge and problem solving skills.

Phil at Tobin saved me! My furnace went out one night in January and Phil came out same day and replaced the part needed. He was professional and very friendly and clean. Had the part replaced in no time! Thank you Tobin!

John kas is awesome, he is a head technician and really knows his stuff. He came out right away and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Chad did a great job with the inspection of our air conditioning unit. He was incredibly professional, fast and knowledgable while also very patient and respectful with my myriad questions. I trust his thorough analysis and explanation of our system and am grateful for his tips to running a comfortable and energy efficient home.

Great Service. My furnace was short-cycleing and would shut off right after it turned on. They came really quickly, cleaned the parts and didn't charge me more then the service fee. They were very professional and nice. A really good family owned company. I would highly recommend.

The trip fee of 75 dollars and 55 dollars to pick up parts was a little excessive!. Plus was not told of these charges up front. You would think if you are having the company complete the work why am I being charged a trip fee!

Quick response and very professional. Our heater went out the day before we were going on vacation last winter. They took care of us and we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pipes freezing.
