Tobin Heating and Air Conditioning

I've been using and recommending TOBIN over the last four of five years. They are dependable, honest, and reliable. Last winter our furnace decided to go out on literally the coldest day of the year, and within a few hours they were able to come out and diagnose the problem. Even better was that they figured the part was under warranty and found it in stock on the same day. They got us up and running again and also saved us a few hundred dollars when I wouldn't have known otherwise. Definitely would recommend them!

Tobin HVAC replaced our furnace and air conditioning unit in our home. The company was very professional and courteous. The unit was completed in a quick response. Tobin was quick to respond with question. I would recommend Tobin for any future services.

We had two different HVAC companies came by to look at our AC unit and tell us the freon was low and it needed to be either recharged with R-22 to the tune of $1300-2000 or replaced to the tune of $6000-10,000. Tobin came and said not only was it fine, the freon level was slightly high and it was blowing 47 degree air. I still can't believe we had two different companies come and lie to our faces, but I'll be recommending Tobin to everyone I know and I asked them for a quote for when it does finally fail.

Family owned and operated, great service; when you call them on the phone or someone shows up you can be sure that they are being held accountable by the owner and family. Just had Phil come out to take a look at my AC condenser that was not allowing by handler to blow cold air. After listening to his initial assessment and being ware that the unit is 15+ years old I was prepared to go the replacement route. Phil was not satisfied with the initial solution, which was to give the compressor more power to start, and continued diagnostics despite the fact that the compressor was back to working order and was beginning to blow cold air. After assessing the results of his diagnosis, he recommended charging the unit and I am now enjoying a cool home for 10% of the replacement price. I will be calling Phil to come out and replace my aging unit in the next couple of years.
