I've been using Optimum Flow Heating & Air Conditioning for over six years. When our heater stopped working, the specialists came to our aid!! Always pleasant and professional. They assisted us in getting the most life out of our old furnace and a/c unit and did an excellent job when it came time to replace them. I would gladly refer them to anyone at any time.

It was a pleasure having someone like Bob to service our furnace unit. He is always so courteous and polite. He found out the problem and took time fixing it. The staff were very personable and professional.I called on Sunday evening and the call was promptly answered.He offered suggestions for cleaning the air ducts, since it was not done correctly previously and replaced some components as well and our unit was up and running once again. I was very happy to have heat again and would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service. Service was excellent staff was pleasant and courteous. Installers explained everything that they did.The installation went smoothly and they were friendly and left our basement in good order when they were finished. The equipment has been running without issue since the install late last yer!
