Watch out for these ones - as soon as they find out there is trouble with with a system they looked at within a week (in an empty house none the less) documents they "always have" vanish. Likely in the pocket of realtors and providing faulty and unethical service. If they are involved in servicing a property you are buying get a second opinion or pay the price as we are. Shady, shady, shady.
