Joseph was super friendly and knowledgeable talking me through what could be wrong with the system. Performed a quick diagnosis and repair and had the ac running great in short order. Also provided tips for general maintenance. Good value for service.

Joseph and his company were truly a pleasure to do business with and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for mini split installation or service. We have an old house and needed a complete AC and heating solution (8 Daikin interior units and 4 exterior units) and Joseph and his team executed the plan to perfection, with a very clean install, on an an older home.

I had a fantastic experience with Joseph Mini-split and HVAC service. I needed a HVAC technician to come out and inspect my AC system,I suspected that the system was not working properly.
I submitted an internet query and heard back from them within one day. The person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful in explaining what was involved. I had to call back to reschedule and it was not a problem whatsoever. I was given a window of 9am to 12pm for the person to show. I received both a text message and a call from Joesph around 40 minutes ahead of time to let me know his ETA. Joseph was really so friendly, we briefly discussed what he was planning to do and what I would like him to checkt. He worked quickly and quietly. He checked the entire system and even provided me with some minor parts that were missing.

These guys really go the extra mile. we used them for a few jobs over the years on our homes HVAC system, but this last job was different. My AC went out in the heat of summer, they came quickly and found the issue (or so we thought). After this first repair, the AC went out again. They came back again, quickly and at no extra charge to see what went wrong. Long story short, it ended up taking a few more visits, BUT these guys really went above and beyond to keep us cool and fix the issue once and for all. They were patient with me, In the end, they fixed our AC and were very reasonable in their pricing. They are honest and reliable and if they don't know whats wrong they will tell so and offer a different solution. Don't bother looking for anyone else, you won't find anyone better, thank you Joseph!
