Honestly, we have never had such tremendous service before. Jim did an amazing job from beginning to end. We had a huge water issue with an existing pump that had been installed decades earlier by another company and Jim and his expert crew came and dug 5 1/2' down into the dirt and then dug over underground to find the problem and they devised a creative repair that ultimately will save us thousands of dollars while eliminating our water leakage that was flooding our basement. They worked under very difficult circumstances and still were always smiling and positive and respectful. Just amazing! They completed the whole project in less than 5 hours. We are extremely pleased!!

Talon was great! He did my plumbing for my clothes washer spigot. Professional and personable! Someone you can trust! He is my go-to for plumbing with Heart!

Stephen is my go-to electrician from Heart. He is experienced and very professional. He upgraded my switches to smart ones and I am so happy! He did it in less than 30 minutes.

Richard W., Cody O. and crew did a professional job installing our new energy efficient heat pump system. In addition, Joseph R. did a fantastic job with the electrical connections. If you are looking at heat pumps I would endorse Heart, they did a great job for us.

Ray Wamsley was truly a professional. He inspected the kitchen drain line and informed me that he was going to the store to obtain the necessary parts. He returned and get right to work. His workmanship and work quality were exceptional. When he was finished, I checked the two sites where he worked, he cleaned the areas as if nothing ever happened. I was very happy that the kitchen drain was fixed after a week having to wash dishes/pots/pans outside in the backyard as I was in 1823. Quality work, friendly, professional, and clean. What more can I ask for?

So grateful for Ruben who fixed our AC last night. He was courteous, professional and clear in his explanations of what was going wrong and why he made the choices he did to fix it.

This is the second major project we've had completed by Heart (the first was the replacement of our furnace. They're our first call whenever anything goes wrong. Grateful for a company we can trust to do the work right the first time for a fair price.

We had several electric upgrade projects completed by Ethan Dinwiddie and the team (Corey Divis, Abraham Valadaz). Service was superb, from the initial consultation with Ethan to project completion. I highly recommend calling Heart the next time you need an Electrician!

Roberto was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and explained to us all of our options for fixing our air conditioner. He was very kind and made sure that we understood what we could do in the future to avoid the same issues. He was able to complete all the fixes in one day and did a great job. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

I used Heart Heating and Cooling, Plumbing & Electric for a gas leak detection and repair. Darryl is AWESOME! He was incredibly thorough in his assessment and methodical in his approach to fix. I had multiple quotes from other companies and their proposed service and resolution did not even come close to the detail and solution that Darryl provided. One company told me they would have to tear through 3 levels of walls! Darryl worked very hard to pinpoint the issue in order to reduce unnecessary damage and cost. He worked quickly and wanted to ensure we were confident that the issue was resolved once he was complete. The Heart team was incredibly responsive and kind. We will be using them again!

I have a maintenance contract with Heart, and love the professional care I receive for all my electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I have confidence my home is running well. They hire competent service professionals too. My air conditioner was recently checked out by Devin Brown. He loves his job and took time to educate us so we knew what was being done. His customer care is above and beyond what we would expect, truly grateful and confident of his work. Devin is one of the good guys, honest, kind, professional and hard working. The team at Heart was extremely professional and did a great job. We have an old Victorian house and they were able to install a new furnace, AC, and enlarged our ducts and this was a big project. I’m very impressed how prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working the whole team was. I love their transparency about the plan and did walk through prior to make sure everything was done correctly. Communication and customer service are an A+! I would highly recommend to anyone!
