Semiannual service is very good. However, humidifier on furnace has been leaking since installation about 5 years ago. It is getting worse and is still awaiting guarantee replacement. Hoping to get some action soon. This long overdue. Please advise.

I thought it was one of the best experiences I have had with a repairman. I thought he explained well, was professional, and tried to be honest and fair. He came at the beginning of the time range that they gave me, and that was nice. He was careful to clean up and did an excellent job. I would recommend them.

I had a Siemens mini-split that stopped heating altogether leaving my guest house freezing cold. Colby showed me where the filters were located and explained how to clean them. An easy fix - Not complicated but I’m so grateful he took the time to show me everything.

He also helped me troubleshoot a dripping problem from the AC draining wrong and creating a mold problem. The unit had been installed unlevel and so was draining improperly causing excessive dripping and humidity (and mold).

Colby was dynamite - I would definitely call this company again!

Dusty and Jimmy were very professional and thorough. They checked for a gas leak using a detector as well as soap bubbles and none was found. They checked all components of my a/c compressor and it was OK as well. I would recommend this company for any hvac work you may need.

Dusty came out a few times and took care of my furnace and he’s a veteran so we hit it off right away. Him and his staff are great and get the job done quick! Highly recommended!!

Had an amazing technician TY I had a horrible problem with my heater lasting over a month he had to keep coming back and trying to figure the problem out Maggie the receptionist pretty much knew me by the time the ordeal was over haha overall they were all so friendly and patient with my issue and as far as I know it's been fixed so let's pray this last thing TY did was a miracle my heater is cursed! Thank you all for the wonderful service you've all outdone yourselves!

Amazing customer service. I have tried 3 different HVAC companies in the Greeley area and they are the only ones I will ever use again. I highly recommend them. Don't bother with the other guys. Air Solutions are the only way to go in Greeley, Colorado!

Dusty came out right on time to fix our heater. He did not have the parts to fix it, but went out of his way to get them. He was very friendly and worked efficiently. Our only frustration is the cost for parts, we saw the same parts online for significantly less expensive. However, it's Winter and about to snow so we didn't have time to wait for parts to ship so we are very grateful to Dusty for going to get them!
