I don’t usually do reviews, but given that HVAC repairs or replacement can cost a small fortune I wanted to share my experience to help others. I got three bids from HVAC companies across Greeley for a AC and Furnace replacement. Two of those companies quoted me a ridiculously high price (10-12000 dollars). Air solutions however, with no knowledge of my budget, quoted me for thousands of dollars less for the same work. They were able to install my new system in a day and treated my home with respect (plastic sheeting on the floors, completely cleaned the work area, etc) The installation crew were courteous and knowledgeable and the customer service at the office was outstanding. Air Solutions made the whole process of getting my system as easy as possible. Thanks to them I won’t be freezing this winter. These are good people. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend the services Aire Serv provides. They have been very helpful with my a/c needs. They came to my house on time as scheduled, and appeared very professional and knowledgeable. The technician who came to my home was not pushy like most salespeople and offered me different ways to go about my situation. Air Solutions installed an entirely new AC system in our old home, creating a challenge. The install was great and better than we expected. Nick mirrored the existing utility lines flawlessly and he and his assistant left no trace they were even there except a literally cool home. AS is right group to choose. Thank you!

New furnace works great. Hot water tank needed turned down from original setting, but installer had wisely showed me how this could be done before he left. Overall glad we used Air Solutions.

My breaker for the air conditioner kept tripping off and I would reset it. This happened a few times for a couple of weeks until it started happening every time the air conditioner would turn on. I called Air Solutions to see about getting someone to take a look at it. This was during the week in July when temperatures were in the high 90's and even reached 100 degrees. I was given an appointment for the following day as an emergency service call but was only being billed at the usual rate for the diagnostic fee. Within about fifteen minutes I received a call back from Air Solutions asking if that same day would work out better as there had been a cancellation. Of course I accepted the appointment that would be within a couple of hours.
About 30 minutes later I received a call from the technician, Ben, asking me if he could come by about an hour and a half earlier than scheduled because he had finished sooner. Ben showed up soon after, he diagnosed the problem within about 20 minutes, left to get the necessary part to fix the breaker, returned soon after and had the entire problem fixed in an hour or so. I am very impressed with the professionalism of Air Solutions, from the office staff handling the scheduling to the technician Ben, who knew exactly what to look for and explained every detail of his diagnosis and the process of finding out what was the exact problem. Our air conditioner was up and running with almost no interruption.
I highly recommend Air Solutions for any heating and cooling system maintenance and repairs. I will be using this fine, locally owned family business for my needs from now on!

Our technician was timely, friendly and comprehensive and I find that same behavior during each appointment. We have used Air Solutions for several years and would highly recommend Dusty and his staff.

We had a new heating and air system put in our house a month ago with Air Solutions Heating and Air Conditioning. I must say our home has never been more comfortable. The Sales Associate Aaron was extremely knowledgeable. Aaron provided us with several different options, answered each and every question we had, and is getting us $1475 back in rebates. The installer Nick was also extremely professional, he laid down protective covers, and left our house spotless. We could not be more pleased with this company from start to finish. We would highly recommend this top notch, highly professional company for all your heating and air needs.

Aire Serv Heating and Air Conditioning are the best people out there. Dusty came by personally, he answered all of our questions no matter what we threw at him. We had just moved to town and had 3 others come by to give us an estimete an not 1 of them were as professional, informative and a joy to speak with as Dusty. With the health issues our family has he helped us to decide on a few other need products we wanted in addition to the basics.
The crew came and installed our new A/C and Furnace, they were all very polite and knowable with anything we asked. They kept everything very clean and were all so professional.
We are truly very happy with the work they did and would recommend that if you are in the need for someone in this business give them a call.

Air Solutions is professional and responsive and were able to get me within a few days. They found my A/C unit was working fine even though it makes a whistling sound. My main ongoing complaint is that the techs consistently come early and do not respect customer requests to to management that they come after a certain time. This time they asked to come a day earlier than my appointment, but they came while I was in the middle of a job interview which was very distracting, and I had to ask them to come back at the time I had requested of the office manager. They have done this in the past too. If you need them after a certain time, Tell them an hour later so they will come when they should. I know Colorado culture drills it into people’s heads that being early is good, but really it is just as disrespectful to someone’s time as coming late. If early, please hang out in the car until the appointed time because I will not be ready for you yet.
