Air Solutions installed a new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner along with humidifier. The installer Nick and his assistant were very professional the installation appears to done well. He also asked us at various times if we had any questions about either the new equipment or the installation of it and when he was finished walked through all of the features of the new system and how to operate them. I’m very satisfied with my decision to go with them.

Called this company after our furnace went out overnight on a cold winter night so I called AS in the morning. Colby arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly diagnosed my furnace problem. All pricing was up front and reasonable for the repair. He had the required part within 24 hours and put it in the following day. The repair was done quickly and accurately. He brought in all required tools, parts, etc on one trip and had the pro touch such as wearing in shoe covers without prompting and vacuuming the repair area. Great attitude, knowledgeable and on time... hated having to need repairs but super happy about the service delivered.

Cody, the technician showed up almost as soon as my time window opened, and he was quick and efficient, along with being very personable.
He did the work quickly and within minutes my heater and air-conditioning were fixed.
I appreciated the whole process of dealing with this company, from the person whom I dealt with on the original call Jeff to Cody, and will call on them for any additional assistance that I need in the future.

On Labor Day, our furnace went out. The weather was insane with a weekend of 90 degrees to snow at 32 degrees when our furnace stopped working. I called numerous companies. Dusty called back and was at my doorstep willing to repair the unit. He was able to fix the problem and provide heat to our family. He was professional, and prompt. Air Solutions was very knowledgeable about the products they sell and recommended for our home. They were prompt on the install and had it completed within one day. Some of the most nicest people to deal with, and will do business with them again when the time comes.

I highly recommend Air Solutions for your furnace or air conditioning services. They responded to my call very quickly and installed a new furnace and air conditioner that same week. Their customer service is above what I have experienced with other contractors. The technician played out plastic over my carpet and vacuumed the furnace room before placing the new furnace in. After everything was installed he made sure that I didn't have any questions and explained how the new furnace, air conditioner, and thermostat would work.
