I used them to do our winter furnace check and to find out why our humidifier was not working properly. The technician was polite and on-time. He cleaned our filters and adjusted the burners. He determined that the humidifier has dropped out of the thermostat's programming and reset it back to normal. Our cat is very happy with the higher humidity.

Our heating system was not working, they showed up early the same day I called and took care of us right away. Thank you for the prompt service.

The guys who came out to our house were amazing. The man I spoke with to set up our payment plan was amazing. The woman who continuously called, in spite of our payment plan being well documented, was horrible. She added so much stress to our situation, especially with COVID. She called multiple times to collect a payment with no way to run our cards, or would wait weeks to run them. Told us to pay in full monthly, even though we had a payment plan and were sending checks monthly. We finally just took cash in so she would stop harassing us. Highly recommend the company, but try not to deal with her.

Our AC went out just as a week long heat wave was hitting, 90’s and above, pretty hot for our area. Dusty got here and after looking at our unit outside knew exactly what the issue was. The capacitor had gone. He had a new one in and our AC back up and running within 30 minutes. Great company, Dusty is a real pro that knows his stuff. Repair price was more than reasonable. You can’t go wrong with getting Air Solutions to repair your heating or AC.

I have used Air Solutions for many years. They replaced a furnace and added a humidifier in the last home I owned. They serviced the heating and ac for many years. I moved and recently lost my heat. I called and they were out quickly and replaced a broken igniter. The yearly maintenance contract is a good deal. Their service technicians have always known what to do and they are decent, nice people. I have been able to count on and trust them to take care of me and keep me safe.
Update:11/20 Just had new furnace in century old home replaced. As usual this company did a fantastic job! Love the new 95% efficiency furnace. They drove 60 miles to do the work and bo extra charges. This is the third house I have been in that they are servicing. I would not call any other company!!!

Technician arrived on time, with all equipment needed to inspect and clean our furnace. He was happy to explain what he was doing as he proceeded to test elements of the furnace and clean as he went along. He was very effficient, courteous and knowledgeable and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Air Solutions to anyone needing furnace or air conditioning service and have used them for several years .
