Mr. Rhoades and his team went above and beyond my expectations. We needed to have a cooling unit removed from our shop and they were on time and professional. I highly recommend Air Solutions.

A couple years a go Dusty came out to look at my air conditioner. Right away he figured that whoever installed it undersized the system. Then he went to the crawl space to see what he was up against on that end. He looked at the botched system that the previous installer performed and made the statement. "I bet what ever room is back in that corner never gets warm in the winter" I said he was right as it was the kids room growing up. I had other HVAC people out and he was the only one that noticed our cold air return was not designed correctly. We did get a couple more years out of the old system, but decided to bite the bullet this year and installed furnace, whole house air filter and new air conditioner.
Russ was our salesman and was very good to work with and Nick and his crew did the install. Nick and Russ knew every answer to the questions we asked. Nick told me what he was doing and planned to do and he did exactly what he said he was going to do as well as getting my humidifier hooks up to the system as well. The craftmanship was absolutely outstanding. I am very picky and I could not see one thing that stuck out. They also done this in just under two days and we were not left without heat overnight. They cleaned up after themselves as well

I am usually disappointed in the quality of service these days. So when I had my AC unit replaced with Aire Serv out of Greeley I was blown away. They recommended a few things I was unsure about however knowing very little about Heating and Air conditioning I agreed to the recommendations. I am truly happy with the service (Nick and Joe), professionalism, price, and recommendations. Good service is hard to find and because of that Aire Serv will be the place of my choice and the place I recommend.

Tech came out, did his work, but went to change out my furnace filters. He didn't have any on his truck, promised to bring some out by the end of the day and didn't show up until Monday. My furnace went unprotected for the whole weekend. Not a good situation to be left in.

I've used the services of Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning twice in the last 3 years. The second time was just yesterday, Friday, July 26th. On both occasions, I had issues with my Air Conditioner during one of the hot summer months. I work from home, and my home office is on the second floor. Combining the heat of summer, a second story office, plus the added heat created from my computer, printers, faxes, and all of the other equipment in my office, there was no way I could work up there until things were fixed. On both occasions, of course my A/C quit working on a Friday. Normally, that would mean a Monday service call. On both occasions, they got me on their schedule, and fixed the problem not only on that Friday, but within 2-3 hours of me calling. Obviously, I was very pleased with this prompt service. Plus I thought their charges were fair. They didn't over charge me just because I really needed them, and I really needed them that day, on Friday, rather than waiting until Monday. Any time I need furnace or A/C repair, I will call Aire Serv, and only Aire Serv. There are not that many companies these days with this kind of caring and wonderful customer service. I had a wonderful experience with Air Solutions which I believe was previously called Aire Serv of Weld County which was a bit confusing until I understood that Dusty Rhoades just changed the name to better fit what his company is about and their goals. Anyway, I woke up to no heat coming out of my vents and called them, the office staff was great and got me in that day even though they were busy. When my technician came out he was punctual and clean. He explained what was going on and I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. We ultimately decided to replace our furnace. The install team who came out to put in our new furnace were great, explaining everything that was going to be done. When they left our house, it was clean as they had found it. I would highly recommend them.

Aire Serv was the best experience I've had with a repair company. They came out to my property on time and detailed the problem quickly. After the repair was complete they were amazing at answering questions I had weeks after the work had been done and even came out to look at it. I would recommend this staff to anyone that needs work on any HVAC equipment.

Had an A/C problem at our business. Technician was scheduled at a particular time, rather than "whenever they show up". He showed up as promised, very courteous and knowledgeable. Ordered our part, came back and installed it. Good Service, Fair Price.

Had them out for an air conditioner today and he had it diagnosed in seconds. The A/C unit is old and yet never pressured at all to force a new unit in me although it likely needs upgraded. Couldn’t be happier!! Very glad I called them!
