I like using local business as I am a small business owner. Recently I had purchased a furnace and air conditioning from them. It was supposed to be delivered Monday afternoon. It didn't show up at 3 so I called. He said the driver was leaving in 20 minutes. They never showed up and didn't call the next morning. I called to get a refund on my purchase. Now they are giving me the run around. It's been over a week and they still haven't refunded almost $2000 back to me. I am a small business and can't afford to have 2000 dollars out of my account. Not to mention I had to purchase the system elsewhere. Now I am out 4000. I really want to believe that they are doing their best to help me, but this isn't the first time I've been burnt here!

Very professional place to do business. Staff is awesome and very helpful. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. It is very rare anymore to find a company that sells parts that are as knowledgeable and as customer friendly as this company is. I really didn't know what I was doing but I ordered a backflow preventer for the sewer. They went over step-by-step instructions with me on how to insert the flap on the valve. A+ customer service.

This is a pretty sad company. I went inside to look for a piece of material. The people in the office notice that I enter the room and I waited by their door. Both men didn't even bother helping me at all waited about 20 minutes. This people are very unprofessional and ignored their customers. I'm a woman and I was dress normal. I guess if I show up better dress up they would of help. People go their looking for your product if you judge by appearance that's pretty bad. What you guys didn't realize is that I have a small business and I'm not using you guys. Now I see why you guys have all kinds of negative comments. Don't bother apologizing that's all I guys have been doing. Make a change instead of apologizing

Being a local owner builder, the staff at GTS have been very helpful with all of our HVAC and plumbing needs. Even though we were not the typical professional in the trades, they still treated us with the same courtesy when buying and returning products!

Can't remember a time where I received worse service.
Was the only customer in the building. They acted like they were put out helping me.
When I did get some help, the guy helping me insulted me twice before I walked out.
I will change careers before I purchase any plumbing products from this place.

They guy at the parts counter provided me with way more help than I expected and was so nice. He was a huge help, I would have continued running all over town to find the part that I needed if it hadn’t have been for him. Great service.

The staff was very helpful in helping me determine the correct part for my water heater and graciously endured my plumbing ignorance. Jacob even had one of his staff deliver the ordered in part directly to my house. I highly suggest visiting their store for any plumbing needs.

We are building a new house, and we went into GTS in Greeley to get supplies. Zach was a huge help in getting us what we needed. He was very willing to help with ideas to best meet our needs. I would recommend GTS and Zach's his willingness to make sure we got what would work best for us.

I called seeking a donation for my wife, trying to raise funds to send her to represent our country in Taiwan. Linda answered the phone and upon me explaining what I was calling about she hung up on me without saying a word. I called back to make sure that we didn't get disconnected or to see if they just weren't doing donations, and she apparently intentionally hung up. I understand not being willing to donate but being rude and hanging up like that is unprofessional. it's not like I was calling to sell something, I was calling to send an athlete to a World Championships to represent our country
