Our A/C just died on a hot day. I called Affordable Heating and A/C and set an appointment. The Tech, Aaron Holden, arrived when they said he would and let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He was very knowledgeable and polite and got us up and running in no time. What I was also very impressed with was the fair price and the honesty!

I’d like to thank Tory for her awesome customer service I manage a business in Greeley and met the owner of the company told him my needs and he had Tory reach out to me. She was great from start to finish. Tyrell the technician was awesome. He came out, gave us a quote and came back two weeks later to install the part. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing. He even went an extra step and cleaned the heater after installing the part, he even went as far as showing me a wire that wasn’t in the best of condition. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC services needed.

Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC in my home in Loveland about a year ago. The also installed a zone system with the ability to have different temperatures on the upper and lower floors of my home, this works very well and they were the only contractor of the four I got bids from that gave me this option. Their price was very competitive with the other bids. Overall I was very happy with their work.

These guys were amazing! Incredibly professional, answered all my questions thoroughly and recommended the best options. Top of the line customer service - will definitely be using them for all my HVAC needs now and in the future!

After triple confirming the appointment time with Torre to get their sales manager out to give me a quote to install A/C, waiting around for 3 hours, multiple phone calls and texts, they didn't even bother to show up! Very unprofessional, but at least they showed their true colors up front, instead of flaking out 1/2 way through my project.

So glad I did not go with Dr Hortons AC installer. Russell's team did a wonderful install and upgraded my filtration and fixed short comings left behind by four seasons. He was also the best priced out of 4 companies.

This is the second time Affordable has gone above and beyond for our family’s HVAC needs. Our furnace was not working early on a cold December morning. When I called Affordable they didn’t have an opening until the next morning so we scheduled. She called back and said they had been able to make arrangements for Russel to come that day at 1 pm since we had no heat. He assessed and fixed the problem in a thorough and very professional way. Affordable will continue to be our “go to” company for our HVAC needs…

WOW! What a great company! (1) They removed an old furnace from my crawl space that the previous company was too lazy to remove. (2) I had them come back to do an A/C tune-up a couple of weeks later. They were affordable as their name implies, kind, communicative, and respectful of me and my home!! For example, the gentlemen who did the a/c tune up texted me when he was done to check to see what temp I like my home at so that he can set it for me to that I can return to a very comfortable home!! It's the little things that matter! I would so, very highly recommend this company!!

Called for urgent trouble shooting at a rental property for a tenant who couldn't get heat or AC to turn on with freezing temps coming this week following 80 degree days last week. Another company cancelled my appointment an hour before the scheduled service time because it was too cold to troubleshoot AC, despite the stated problem being that the heat would not come on either. Nathaniel with Affordable Heating and air was willing to offer some trouble shooting tips over the phone, and still was willing to send someone out same day for repair. Extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable and will be my go to from this point forward.
