Our furnace went out on a Thursday night. Friday I was in touch with Diane at Affordable and she had Gregg at our house in Fort Collins that afternoon. He assessed the situation, explained options and left us multiple space heaters because a new furnace was being ordered. Sean came first thing Tuesday morning and installed our new unit, explained and showed me the necessary maintenance and operational instructions. They well all very knowledgeable, professional and caring. They made me feel so comforted and took all the stress out if the situation. If you ever need these type of services, this is definitely your company.

Sean showed up for the appointment I had made to have my AC checked and tuned. He didn't know why he was there until told. He checked the system and said it was operating properly except the pressures were weird, but didn't know why. When asked why my central AC wasn't keeping the house cool and what I could do about it, he only said the system was 13 years old and I needed to buy a new one. He offered no other advise. I paid $119 for this.

New HAVC system installed in July 2017 and it was done very well and we have been satisfied with the performance of the Trane unit and service. The system stopped heating over the weekend and they were able to schedule service to address the issue and accommodate my schedule. Greg Deacon (service manager) arrived for the service right on time! He was professional and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it within about 10 minutes of arrival! The professionalism, quality Trane products and service will keep us with them for the foreseable future! Highly recommended.

Priced several hvac units, affordable heating and cooling was by far the best. They were quick to respond to the service call and even repaired what was done incorrectly by the contractor at no cost to us. They also have an excellent warranty for their products. Great service at a fair price.

Fantastic service and staff. I know when someone is just trying to sell me on something and I never get that feeling from them. Good honest people. Gregg came out and really took is time diagnosing the issue completely and giving me about 2 more options than their competitors.

My husband and I got married Mid-June in Washington state. When we returned home to Colorado on a 101 degree day, we found that our AC unit wasn't working. I called AH&AC and they couldn't get me in for almost 2 weeks. I agreed, and planned out how to stay cool during the wait. A few hours later the office staff called me back and gave me a new appointment for the upcoming Friday. Russ and Nathan showed up on time, fixed my AC but also inspected my furnace and found that there were multiple cracks in the coils. A very dangerous find. Russ hooked me up so the AC would run and made it safe for my gas furnace to blow the cool air until we could figure out a new system that would meet my households needs. A week later the office scheduled a time for Russ to come back out to the house to talk about a complete new system. Russ and Nathan were awesome to work with. With the bills stacking up from the wedding, my husband and I were worried how we were going to afford the new system. Russ offered zero % financing. (LIFE SAVER!) The system was installed in a day, the tech's were super friendly and neat. I enjoyed every step of this journey with Russ and Nathan. We wont use anyone else! Thanks guys!

I absolutely love the professional, efficient, systematic, and trustworthy way in which these guys helped me out with my AC in my Greeley office. Gregg was great to work with. He was very professional, and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need. He was very knowledgeable even with our old HVAC setup. I would highly recommend him for HVAC service.
