    We were very pleased with the service and cost. We had issues with our AC cooling properly. We don't live full time in the home and our son made the arraignments to have the unit inspected. They did great work as the unit is cooling great now. They also recommended replacement of the unit, providing 3 separate recommendations (unit is 17 years old) but were not pushy, just informative.

    You get what you pay for no doubt about that. Far and away the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have only had the system for a month, so i don't know about how long the product will last, but they were great. Set me up with all of my rebates and warranties, gave me the best deal (even when it cost them some money) and followed up when they said that they would

    These guys did an exceptional job. Russell, the owner, was helpful and educational with the initial visit. These guys did what other HVAC companies said they could not do! We got a new furnace and and added A/C to our house. They were able to move furnace as well as our water heater to a different location in the basement. Quality work at a very fair price! My family and I are thankful for the crew at Affordable.

    Service was great, just disappointed with the cost of a basic cleaning and a "quick fix"- $347. My fault for not getting the price before I approved work, but I was very surprised when invoice arrived. Total time at the property was not much more than an hour.

    Affordable Heating & Air was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the initial call to schedule maintenance on our aging AC, to a call from Greg to see if he could come an hour early, these folks are so pleasant. Greg was very thorough cleaning and servicing our unit. And, to show just how GREAT they are, Greg replied immediately to our text on a Friday evening when the unit made some unusual noises. He problem solved via text and video and came the following morning to make a minor adjustment that resolved the issue. We will always use Affordable Heating & Air!

    Gregg showed up ahead of schedule, making sure it was ok to come a little early. Very friendly. Got right to work and was very honest. Not there to make a sale, but letting me know what expenses may be ahead of us in the future. Explained how the system operated and was very knowledgeable. We’ll be going with Affordable again!

    Five Stars. Russel (the owner) called and arrived an hour early. He diagnosed the problem in under five minutes and had the repairs completed in under an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Russel and the team at Affordable Heating and Air Conditioning. Great company run by a really nice guy who is personable honest and hard working.

    Let me start off by saying that Affordables customer service is some of the best I've dealt with in a long time. My issue isn't with them as much as it is the equipment. My wife and I spent a large amount of money on system that I so far have little faith in. While the company's attentiveness to our issues is great. It's very hard to not jump online and write a scathing review when you feel that immidiate frustration of your brand new system having issues. Like the company and employees I don't like having to reach out to them so much so soon.
