I had originally called a company called lions who tried to charge me $9,000 to replace everything, heater and ac. I am so glad i called affordable to see what they had to say as well because they came out saw my ac unit was brand new and didnt need replaced as lions tried to say. Sean was awesome he knew i had to work early so he started his shift earlier to accommodate my schedule and he fixed my problem for under $500. Way better than the $9k lions tried to get from me. Try these folks out they have been honest and affordable. Their company name suits them well.

Had several companies come and give quotes for new water heater, new furnace and install a/c. Nathan was great at working with the different options and pricing. SO after a week of quotes and deciding what we wanted we went with Affordable. Nate came with some help and got it all done in 1 day. 2 weeks later we had a small drip in a line for the hot water heater. Called on a Saturday and with in 2 hrs Nate was back and drip was repaired and all water cleaned up.

Nathan, Greg and Russ are all an absolute pleasure to work with. These guys are not a dime a dozen sales people tryin to get your money, they take time and explain the options and get you set up with the best product for your needs! Had several quotes and they were the best price and by far the most respectful and trustworthy of any company we have ever come across! Had a new AC system installed and they went above and beyond to ensure our system was working at the highest level possible! Couldn't be more pleased with the results! Very respectful and kind gentleman who know the value of hard work and taking care of customers! These guys are our go to in Northern CO!!

Wow! That was the fastest and most responsive heating company I’ve ever used. If you live in Greeley, you have no excuse not to use Affordable Heating & Air Conditioning. Locally-owned, honest, and trustworthy.

Never using this company again. We called "Affordable" out to our home in September to fix our heater. Turns out it was a circuit board that was fried. We got conflicting info from our serviceman about it being under warrenty and whether or not it was covered and estimates on service cost. No estimate in writing. Weak. It took multiple calls for them to come back with the part. Seems they only have one service person and the dispatcher knows nothing about pricing. Sean D. fixed out heater and he was frieendly, wore a mask and was clean. Vague/mixed up about the charges though. 2 days later when it's warm again, we go to turn on our AC, which had been working absolutely fine, it would not blow air. After several calls and broken promises about arrivals ( I swear, it seems like just one person is doing the work), we get Sean D. back out to our house. We talk about charges and the AC suddenly not working after he worked on our heater. He says it's just a coincidence. I had to threaten litigation and that I would destroy this company online unless he fixed what was damage while he worked on our house. He calls his boss, and says he'll fix the the AC, which was working fine before he showed up, but we aren't allowed to call "Affordable" again. Fine. He swaps out a part and shows me the piece that was fried and no longer working. Still claims that these things just stop working. Anyway, that was a complete lack of accountability, inability to be reached in a ttimely manner, late arriving, and poor billing. Good luck with that.

Top notch honest and affordable. I called once and they walked me through how to fix my furnace over they phone. Can you imagine that type of honestly in this day and age? Naturally I turned to them when my AC went out. Great job, fast and affordable. Gregg the service tech was awesome.

Fantastic Service

Russel and his crew do excellent work. The prices are fair and craftsmanship is excellent. Decided one week to get AC and by next week it was installed. Russel didn't like the way the return was setup so he had it fixed. They are great.

My furnace went out and they had somebody here pronto. Greg and Shawn did a great job explaining what was going on as they went along. I was afraid it was going to be a major problem and cost me a fortune, but they just made some adjustments and did some cleaning.....and my furnace works like new!!! I was nervous about hiring somebody as we are new to the area, but these guys put me at ease.
Honest, reliable and cost effective , that’s what it’s all about!!

I am very happy with the service from Affordable Heating & Air.Gregg was extremely polite and professional in troubleshooting and repairing a problem with my mini split after another contractor told me that it was working correctly which I knew it was not. He was very good at explaining my options to me and it was working the way it used to after he left. I will definitely be using Affordable for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future.
