Nick walked me through the entire process BEFORE they started the install and then when they were done, he walked me through the entire installation! The boss came out on a training session for Jordan because I have an in-floor heating system on a Lochinvar boiler that was calling for periodic maintenance. First class knowledge and performance.

I had a series of issues within my AC unit.that required Dusty and his staff to go 'above and beyond' in the quality of service, and their attempts to spare me expense! The staff was responsive, professional and extremely committed to doing anything possible, to keep my AC unit running and the house as cool as possible while they attempted to secure parts. Dusty had his staff make "day of" trips to suppliers not in Greeley, just to get my unit up and running! I would STRONGLY recommend Air Solutions for any and all work an/or repairs you might need. This is a company that makes customer needs a serious priority. The entire work crew demonstrates a commitment to excellence . We’ve had Air Solutions here a few times for boiler repairs and once for a yearly maintenance. One was an emergency repair and they reworked their schedule to accommodate us. The other wasn’t and due to issues, needed to reschedule. They did not install the boiler/hot water heat system but they’ve been knowledgeable and able to make the repairs needed. If we need service in the future, Air Solutions will get the call.

This is an addendum to my previous review. Our 20 year old boiler became a money pit this last season. We spent almost 5 months in AZ and the boiler failed 3 times, due to its age and nothing more. Dusty and his crew came to the rescue each time and worked with our house sitter to find a good time to meet and make repairs. We decided to replace the boiler after we returned home. Dusty gave us a good price for the work. We’re more have heat just in time for the next storm this weekend. Thank you, Dusty, for you ethics and placing your customers first. The install was completed safely during the COVID19 attack.

10/10/22 Dusty and a new boiler tech just left after completing a season inspection and cleaning. I still highly recommend Air Solutions and they will be the company I use for the future.

Had a new furnace, A/C unit, and humidifier installed. The complete experience was a pleasure from speaking first with the owner, to the salesman, coordination, and the installation was absolutely first class. Then Mrs. Rhoades handled all of the rebate paperwork and submitted promptly. After seeing what a professional installation looks like, I was embarrassed by my previous equipment. Couldn't be happier although haven't really put the items to the test yet. But I'm convinced if there was any issues or questions they would respond immediately. Thank you.

I called for a furnace repair at 5:30 AM on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2022, no response until I called again, over 2 hours later. The serviceman didn't show until 9:30, 4 hours after the initial call, was billed a total of $324 to replace a flame sensor - $6-$25 on Amazon, Air Solutions charged $125 for the part. Joined their maintenance service plan or was told the repair could've been an additional $159 more. The repairman wasn't in my house 30 minutes. This is robbery. We had a house full of company, including a 1 year old child, due to my son's funeral the day before. I'm willing to pay an after hours charge for a weekend repair but this is ridiculous.

Wow! So glad we chose Air Solutions! Had nothing but amazing customer service and professionalism. Russ was fantastic with helping us chose what was the best Ac and furnace units for our 2 story home with many west facing windows. The unit works better than we ever imagined! Nick was above and beyond as a technician! He did a clean install, was very professional, explained everything clearly and did extra work we didn’t expect at all with no extra charge. The thing is, they want it done right!! No cutting corners and corrected what the previous contractors did when they cut corners. Talking with Jeff when I call for questions, he’s smart, so kind and very helpful! What a great team of professionals! Thank you to all of the Air Solutions Team!!
