They did such a great job installing our new central air unit. Very nice, professional company. I originally got a quote from Sears for over $7,500 for a new central air unit and Busy Bee only charged me $4600 for the same exact unit including install and a new thermostat. These guys are honest and do not overcharge you or try to sell you things you don't need. You can tell the owner takes a lot of pride in his company and it shows. I definitely highly recommend them and will be calling them only for all of my hvac needs.

They were very quick to help us with our A/C and HVAC issue. Once the work was done they were going to give a quote for a new A/C , this did not happen. The seal work that was done on the HVAC did not hold, and after I called them to check in on the A/C quote and request them to come and fix the previous work done they said they would call me back with a time and information same day...I've waited a week and have called and left messages with no call back. Very frustrating to say the least.

Living in the mountains, near Black Hawk, it can be difficult to find reputable companies for home maintenance and repairs. What a relief to find Busy Bee!

My gas furnace started making funny noises in the middle of December. Sure enough, when I started calling furnace repair places, some of them were quoting astronomical fees - price gouging - because of the time of year and because of our location. Busy Bee did NOT do that! They quoted me a very reasonable price for an 'annual maintenance' visit, and they were able to send someone to check out my furnace right away.

The technician, Sam, politely called before showing up, arrived on time, was neat and professional, and did NOT try to take advantage of us or add on extra charges. He was obviously technically savvy and well-educated about environmental control systems. He walked me through everything he did and explained how to keep my furnace operating smoothly in the future.

I will definitely be hiring Busy Bee again!

I called The Bee HVAC for service on a boiler. They were very prompt and courteous. Howard came out and fixed the problem in no time. He was honest, polite and very friendly.

I was sent info about the technician who would be there, and the details of the work provided told me exactly what was done. The costs were transparent, upfront, and reasonable.
