We used Quinnair to service our boiler last week. Absolutely stellar, professional, knowledgeable service, from the person I spoke to over the phone when making an appointment, to Kelsey, who did our cleaning same day he was scheduled to come out, even though he was only scheduled for an estimate. We will use them every time going forward, and for any future boiler/heating/HVAC projects we have as well. Thank you!

My neighbor doesn't have a google account to do the reviews so I am writing this for him.

My name is Dennis and I had an Air Conditioning unit, Hot water heater, and a new furnace done. They did an outstanding job over the years on my hot water heater and the air conditioning unit. I called them the other day to have a furnace installed and they promptly and professionally completed the work.

I have to say that this is the most professional company I have dealt with and I highly recommend them. They come over right away and are honest about the work. Craig came over and he knows exactly what he is doing. He doesn't mess around with a bunch of over selling, he does just what is needed and educates you while he goes along.

I had Quinn air install both a new furnace and ac unit just before August for my condo. I had done some shopping around and felt this was the best deal (side of advise do NOT go with Home Depot they have a scummy salesman who comes and try to act like they are giving you some kind of deal and rush you into it) back to these guys they were up front on the phone about times as summer was starting and they of course had a lot of business. They came out took a look wrote notes and emailed me a quote with a few options. Scheduling went smoothly was set for the estimated time they had said they would be backed out and they advised two days for the installation which was completed in that time. Both the techs on time they were great also I can’t believe how clean they left my house! I’ve hired a few contractors and this was the best services I have received. They had installed a the basic thermostat but the work order had the smart one when I paid I addressed the problem they came out with in 2 hours and corrected the mistake! I finally turned on the heater and it’s working great a/c pumped wonderfully all summer. Okay sorry I am rambling but I know buying hvac system is like buying a car but so far I’ve had a great experience with quinnair. Also the lady who helped me in the office was super nice.

Quinnair fixed my boiler today and I'll never look elsewhere for more knowledgeable, honest, and affordable service. My tech, Kesley, did not try to sell me anything I didn't need (unlike the big companies). Instead of replacing a calcified air release valve, he was able to unclog it with a piece of wire. Kesley was fast, a true boiler expert, and a very nice guy! I won't hesitate to recommend Quinnair to family and friends.

I called Quinnair when our furnace blower went out. They were very responsive. Craig was down at my place within two hours, and replacement parts were overnighted and on-site the next day. Craig was honest about the cost/benefit of replacing parts in an old furnace (20 yrs. old +/-). Having worked in the HVAC industry it was a breath of fresh air to have someone come give me honest answers about the system, including suggestions on what I should/shouldn't be willing to pay for given the age of the system. Ultimately, I know I'll have to replace the furnace in the coming years but it was nice to not have to deal with a sales pitch for an entirely new system. The system is running better and quieter than ever before and the price was so low that I thought at first thay must have made a mistake. I highly recommend this company and I will definetly be calling them for a full system replacement when the time comes.

After working with another company located on the opposite side of town (for over a month), I decide to contact someone closer to the Green Mountain area. After speaking to neighbors and looking at their web site, I contacted Quinnair.
There staff assisted me that day and gave me multiple quotes and options that would fit my budget, needs and homes specifications. They were very affordable, friendly, knowledgeable and had great name brands to choose from.
My family and I could not be happier and would like to Thank and recommend Quinnair Heating & Air Conditioning for the awesome service they provided.

When it was time to add central air I obtained multiple bids; Quinnair was not the cheapest but I felt confident in them based on the estimator (Brian, I believe). They were on-time with the install, which went well except for one small snafu when they trashed my old humidifier, thinking it was no longer working. But when I pointed that out, they quickly fixed the situation by providing me with a new humidifier at no cost. They were also very good about follow-up service to make sure the A/C was working as effectively as possible, and giving me some useful hints for improving its performance--all at no additional cost. Compared to the company that installed the prior furnace 20 years before, Quinnair was far more competent and provided much better customer service. I'd recommend them.

Very dissatisfied. I don't usually leave reviews at all, but my experience with Quinnair was the pits. I had to pay for someone to come out and assess my air conditioner for repair, which makes sense and is completely fair. After evaluating it, he told me he'd need to order parts and the office would contact me the next day to set up the service. I waited for several days and heard nothing, assuming they were busier than expected. That's also fine; people get busy, especially in the summer. But after a week, I started calling the office to see if I could get my actual service scheduled, and after leaving numerous messages, nobody ever replied to me.

All of this boils down to more than a week of waiting with a broken AC for someone to get back to me, and a service call I paid for that might as well have been throwing money down the drain. Paying someone to figure out the problem before he fixes it makes sense. Paying someone to figure out the problem only so the company can abandon you without doing anything was a complete waste, and is essentially a scam.

After finally realizing Quinnair would never return my calls even after taking my money, I went to Tobin, which treated me like an actual customer and performed work for the money that I paid them. What a concept.

I am deeply unhappy with my experience with Quinnair. Others seem to have had better experiences. I'm happy for them and I don't doubt them, but I'd have gotten just as much for my money if I'd flushed it down the toilet. I wouldn't have wasted a week with a broken AC that way, either.

Our swamp cooler went down at the end of the last season. Fearing that the motor had seized, I called Quinnair and they sent Craig out to service it. It turns out the belt was broken, and Craig replaced it quickly and charged me a more than fair price. Very professional, great service, great everything. Would recommend and will have them back to service our boiler. 10/10

Brian always takes good care of us. We’ve had an emergency every year for the last 3 years, and Quinnair has always come through. I’ll only call them for my boiler/heating needs.
