We highly recommend Quinnair! We've had problems with our furnace for years and had tried numerous vendors and no one was able to get our problem diagnosed and fixed properly... until Quinnair. Reliable, friendly, and experienced!

Craig was exceptional. The company is very helpful and courteous when you call them. The response time was 5 minutes. We will use them again when we need someone. Please give them business - it is so refreshing to work with a company with such a good work ethic. They went above and beyond on this - even though Xcel Energy had shut off the gas and they did not waiver when we did not buy the part - it wasn't needed.
They did not charge us and replaced our old part.

Quinair was unresponsive to the web form. Once I finally got my appointment scheduled via phone call, the appointment was rescheduled. On the second appointment the technician showed up an hour late of the appointment window. Once the tech arrived he said he could not work on my AC today because the temperature was too cold outside and he would have to reschedule. That reschedule never happened. I will no longer send my business to this company.

Exceeded expectations, very detail orientated, took the time and effort to get the installation done to my/their satisfaction, all at a very competitive cost. Would not hesitate to call them again for any additional work.

As our new choice for HVAC, having left another company after many years, we found Quinnair most responsive, professional, with everyone with whom we spoke very personal and communicative, and eager to solve any problem related to our our home systems. We look forward to a long and productive relationship.

These folks try to help. I had a system that was always needing work. Eventually we replaced the entire HVAC, AC system. This was a good choice, but they did help me for 5 years prior to keep the older system running. The new system was not cheap, but they were fair and it has mostly been flawless since. I do wish they did ductwork. Although everything they did do was good quality and tried to save me money.

During this time of COVID, service companies are very busy, and unresposive because of it. I get it. It's the "New Normal."
Not the case with Quinair.
A little background; I am the property manager of a 48 unit Townhome Complex in Wheat Ridge, CO. Hot water and heat issues with buildings, or individual units seem to arise at the most in-opportune times. Thankfully I am always able to count on Quinnair.
First off, a real person answers the phone, unless it's after hours. Even then, they always return my call promptly.
If I have an issue that needs to be taken care of ASAP, they treat it that way. They follow up. They follow through, they get it handled. They actually do care.

Bottom line; they take care of me and my tenants.

I am a real customer, reach out to me. I am thankful I discovered Quinair about 5 years ago.
So let me make this clear, I never do this sort of thing, but Quinair continues to impress me, so I felt obligated to share.

Must say Quinnair went above and beyond what was needed. We had some issues with the installation due to the house being a new construction and the builders made some bad quality installation. Needless to say they got it done. Have and will recommend them to others.

This is the company to choose (I did a lot of research). Getting in their work queue took 3 weeks, but their work was exceptional. They significantly improved the airflow through my house as part of the a/c replacement and now I don't have hot/cold spots or floors in the house. While we waited to get in the installation queue, they provided us with a portable a/c unit to get us through the hot days of summer.

Quinnair has been wonderful to work with. We have used Craig and he is very professional and the quality of his work is excellent. Highly recommend Quinnair.
