Very honest and great service! Another company wanted to charge me $1300 for a new motor and switch and so I called Howard for a second opinion. Very friendly and professional. Cleaned a few parts that the other guys skipped and my heater runs like new for only $100.

Easily the most knowledgeable HVAC crew I have ever dealt with, especially Howard. They will take care of your needs and will be fair about price. Howard got my unit running for the first time in two years after I had two other companies to the house to help. Can't speak highly enough of busy bee.

Prior to discovering The Bee, we had called a company we had used before out to service our furnace. Apart from discovering our furnace was condemned, the other company’s employee gave us the wrong date of manufacture on our furnace and did something that made the fan create a VERY loud high pitched squeal we could hear anywhere in the house. When we called the company back their technician assured us the squeal was coincidental and the only way to fix it was to replace the furnace.

We then called The Bee for a second quote on a new furnace, and the owner himself came out to do the quote (which was a lower cost than the quote from the first company). He told us the correct date of manufacture on our unit and was able to immediately stop the squealing, thank goodness!! Obviously, we went with The Bee to replace our furnace!

The Bee’s customer service is top notch, and both times we called they were able to come out the same day. We are now several months into our new furnace which is working like a dream, and they just came out and successfully trouble-shooted the wiring on our self-installed humidifier system. They will definitely be who we call for any future needs!

Howard was on time, professional and honest. Gave a very fair price and assessment of our furnace and a/c and saved us thousands over a competitive estimate. We will use Busy Bee again!

Ten star. Howard is a genius, the David Copperfield of boilers. His staff (Garret and Alex) are also amazing. Extremely competent, thoughtful, and reasonable. If you're new to HVAC repair or new to the area, don't go with anyone else. These guys are efficient, honest and will leave you comfortable in every way...value, experience and trust.
