💯 SATISFIED! Even coming off a heat wave they were out in 2hrs and a new AC system was started one business day later! Techs were professional, friendly, trustworthy, clean and didn’t blabber about stuff to waste my time like others that quoted prior. My time is valuable to me and I only write reviews when vendors go above and beyond or completely piss me off. The Bee in my opinion is doing everything right and straight up a great VALUE where we all win! Nice job guys…hard to find these days.

Russell and crew were easy to work with. They listened to what I thought I needed and they were spot on in making a recommendation. There were no unexpected surprises in installing a heat pump in my old house. I highly recommend them.

We ended up getting new air conditioner, furnace and tankless water heater a couple of years ago from The Bee. We appreciated that they were honest with us and told us we didn't have to replace right away. Appreciated no hard sell. It was affordable and work was done in a very timely manner. Very nice and professional from office to technicians.

Our technician was Julian Dereyes. This guy is a pro all the way! On time, friendly, professional, and super good at his job. Our repair was one that I never could have fixed myself. It seemed like a piece of cake for Julian. I would highly recommend The Bee 🐝

The Bee Heat team did a great job installing our new central A/C unit. They were able to turn around a new unit install very quickly even during the busy summer season. I would definitely recommend using them & I will be using them for future HVAC needs.

Orlando and Maurico were on time and very professional. Instead of upselling unnecessary services helped to educate me on the proper maintenance schedule. They also found an issue with the fan on my outside AC unit and quickly corrected it. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and will be using them again.

I used this company for AC maintenance for the first time last week. The scheduler was professional and I was able to get an appointment within a day. The tech was friendly and thorough. I am considering signing up for their AC/furnace annual maintenance plan.

Rebeckah was friendly and personable and got us an appointment right away despite a busy schedule. We really appreciated the updates regarding ETA. The technician (and owner) Howard was very accommodating and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and got our system up and running. Howard was also very thorough, working well after dark to finish the job by flashlight, as we were his last appointment after a very long day. Reasonable pricing, and they give a discount to Veterans. This company was recommended to us by a friend, and we also highly recommend them.

Every person that I worked with at The Bee was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Russell came out to do the estimate very promptly, and took the time to explain everything that was going into the project and answer any and all questions that I had. Zach and Adrian completed the installation of the new A/C unit, they both arrived exactly on time and completed the install very quickly. They were diligent in their work, and it is very evident that they take pride in their work and do a very good job. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs that I have.
