    The team replaced two old 100k BTU furnaces. The install was performed in one day without a hitch. They did a great job at a fair price. Will definitely use The Bee HVAC again.

    Always a good experience. Thorough and honest. On time, came out and did the furnace tune up I asked for without trying to upsell me, which I know is so common. Sorry that they had to go into my very, very spidery crawlspace BUT, (for next year's visit), they've been taken care of!

    Adrian was professional and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my boiler as a failed gas valve, not the thermocouple problem I thought it was. He was able to replace it in a relatively short time and gave me an estimate to replace a zone valve that isn’t working correctly. I will have that replaced within the next week.

    These guys were really great to work with and had great communication with me throughout process. The initial diagnoses was wrong but they stood by there service and came back out and fixed it. Very honest and friendly so will be calling them for any issues I have in the future.

    They called to confirm the appointment prior to showing up, and arrived within the time window they gave. Got the AC up and running by the end of the day even though they had to run and get parts and it was more intensive than expected. Overall great job, and we are so relieved to have air conditioning again!

    The Bee picked up my initial call and was able to schedule a tech to come out to look at my furnace that same night. My furnace stopped igniting right before a cold snap, so it was great that a tech was able to come out so fast. The tech, Howard Bynder, came by at 8pm on Friday night, diagnosed the problem, and came back on Saturday with parts to fix it (I opted to wait for the operating hours of the parts house on Saturday morning). He wore gloves, a facemask (for those reading this in the future, this was at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic), and plastic boot covers so that my floors stayed clean. He was professional, and he talked me through everything he was doing. Next time I have furnace or AC issues, I will call Howard.

    The owner of this company really cares about his customers. Howard has helped us out on a few emergency situations and has even given us instruction over the phone and helped us cure an issue on our own. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing hvac services.

    Everything was easy. I knew I needed a new water heater & a Busy Bee repairman showed me why I did. Within a week I had a new one. They answered my questions, showed me some parts I needed to know about. So far, all is working well. I will call them again when needed!
